short introduction:

As a content marketing in Snapask (online based learning application), I’m in charge on managing socmed start from planning, executing till analyzing the content performance.

I believe one of the way to get close with the students heart is through meme that are related with their situation and reshareable to their friends.

what i did and achieved:

✅ Increase Snapask’s social media pressence

✅ Increase Instagram accounts reached (+23.3%) and engaged (+182%) organically for the past 6 months

✅ Increase impressions (+20.2%) for the past 6 months

One way to engage with audience is through quiz. What i notice is, most of the audience will take part on the quiz if the questions is light but they find it challenging. Hence, this content reach many audience and got them to interact by answering the quiz.

Most of us are scared to face Monday. So, i create a meme when you don’t need to fear it (because that Monday was a public holiday). This content was relateable with most of the audience (got some repost and good number of reach + save).

Post: Parody Tulus

When Tulus released his new song called ‘Hati-Hati di Jalan’, I seize the moment and join the trend to create a parody about this and changed the title track with what students relate to.

Pengabdi Setan 2 was most anticipated and hyped during the time it released. I created a content that ‘riding the wave’ of Pengabdi Setan hype. Combined educational information and Pengabdi setan, this learn english content reach well and got good engagement.

Most of Snapask’s audience are interested to Japanese things (anime, etc). So, collaborate with Hiragana Times (Japanese learning apps), I made this learning Japanese through anime. Surprisingly it got good number of reach and save)

Since the landing page is targeted to high school students, I believe that wording will play an important role to attract the audience.

With limited space for information, the key is to make the wording short yet attractive/engaging.

As a content marketing in Snapask, I localize contents and writes the microcopy for Snapask’s app and website.

On the other hands, I also manage to produce engaging copywriting to reach out the users through whatsapp message.

In Snapask, we di erentiate the users as ‘free’ and ‘paid’ user. Hence the message is di erent between those user.

Through United Tractors foster school (SOBAT), United Tractors supports technical education at vacational school and aims to improve the quality of of students of those schools.

Logo is important identity for a brand. During my Internship in PT United Tractors, i was given opportunity to develop logo for one of their program; SOBAT.
