Ingredients: • 1 1/4 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp vinegar, balsamic • 1 mushroom, portobello, stemmed, sliced • 1/4 onion, red, sliced • 1/8 tsp salt, sea • 1/8 tsp pepper, black freshly ground • 3 tortilla medium (approx 6” dia) tortilla, flour • 1 1/2 tbsp cheese, cream, low fat • 1 1/2 tbsp pesto sauce, basil • 1/2 tomatoes, hot house, sliced • 1 1/2 oz cheese, mozzarella, low sodium, sliced

5. Place the mushrooms in the Airfryer and cook for 5 minutes. 6. Remove from the Airfryer and reduce the temperature to 330F. 7. Brush one side of two tortillas with 1/3 of the olive oil. 8. Place the two tortillas oiled side down. 9. Top the tortillas with the cream cheese, portobellos and onions. 10. Spread the pesto onto two tortillas and press them onto the mushrooms. 11. Top the pesto covered tortillas with tomatoes and the cheese slices and cover with the remaining two tortillas. 12. Brush with remaining 1/3 oil and place in the Airfryer. 13. Cook for 7 minutes until cheese melts. 14. Allow to cool and slice into quarters and serve.

Instructions: Cooking 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. 2. Mix lime, honey and chili sauce together. 3. Toss the chicken wings with the lime chili sauce mixture. 4. Place the chicken wings directly into the Airfryer basket and cook for 18 minutes or until cooked through, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.

Ingredients: • 1/4 tsp chopped chives, fresh • 1 tbsp cheese, Parmesan, low sodium, finely grated • 1/4 tsp thyme, fresh, chopped • 1/8 tsp pepper, black freshly ground • 1/3 cup bread crumbs • 1 egg white • 1 tsp water • 5 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless • 1 1/2 tsp plum sauce

Prep 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. 2. Combine the chives, Parmesan, thyme, pepper and bread crumbs. 3. Whisk the egg white and water together. 4. Cut the chicken breasts into 1” wide strips. 5. Dip the chicken strips into the egg mixture and then into the bread crumb mixture. 6. Then again in the egg mixture and then the bread crumbs. Cooking 7. Place strips directly into the Airfryer basket. 8. Cook for 8 minutes until chicken is cooked through, turning over once. 9. Serve with plum sauce on the side.

Ingredients: • 2 tbsp flour, all purpose enriched • 1/8 tsp pepper, black freshly ground • 1 egg white • 1 tbsp water • 1/4 cup potato flakes, dehydrated • 1 Fillet fish, halibut, fresh • 1 tsp olive oil

1. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. 2. Place the flour in a shallow mixing bowl and add the pepper. 3. In seperate shallow bowl, place the egg with the water and mix together. 4. In a third bowl, place the potato flakes. 5. Dredge the fish first in the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and lastly in the potato flakes to coat all around. Cooking 6. Heat the olive oil over medium high heat until almost smoking. 7. Lightly brown the potato crusted side of the fish. 8. Remove the fish from the pan and place directly into the Airfryer basket and cook for 7 minutes or until fish is cooked.

Ingredients: • 1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless • 1/4 cup tarragon, dried • 1/2 tsp butter, unsalted • 1/8 tsp salt, kosher • 1/8 tsp pepper, black freshly ground

Prep 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. 2. Place each chicken breast on a 12”x12” square of heavy duty foil wrap. If heavy duty foil wrap is not available, double the thickness of the foil (12”x24”, folded in half). 3. Top the chicken with tarragon sprig and butter. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Carefully wrap the foil around the chicken breasts very loosely allowing for air flow. Cooking 6. Place the foil wrapped chicken directly into the Airfryer basket and cook for 12 minutes. 7. Carefully unwrap the chicken and serve.

1. Preheat the Airfryer to 360F. 2. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic, half of the salt, half of the pepper and rosemary in small bowl. 3. Brush mushrooms on both sides with vinaigrette. 4. Sprinkle with salt and remaining pepper. Cooking 5. Place mushrooms directly into the Airfryer basket and cook for 3 minutes. 6. Brush with more vinaigrette and flip over; cook for another 3 minutes until mushroom is soft when a knife is inserted. 7. Turn the mushroom over again and place a cheese slice on it. 8. Cook until cheese melts, about 1 minute. 9. Brush cut side of the roll with remaining vinaigrette and toast in Airfryer for 2 minutes or less. 10. Place mushroom on bottom half of each roll. 11. Top each with tomato, arugula, and top half of roll.

Instructions: Prep 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. 2. Mix together all purpose flour, salt, pepper, yellow cornmeal and chili powder. 3. Stir mayonnaise and fresh lemon juice in a shallow dish to blend. 4. Dip fish fillets into mayonnaise mixture, then into flour mixture to coat completely. Cooking 5. Place directly into the Airfryer basket and cook for 5 minutes until crispy.

Ingredients: • 1/3 tsp butter, unsalted • 2 slice, large bread, whole wheat sliced • 2 slice prosciutto • 4 leaves basil, fresh • 1 slice (1 oz) cheese, asiago • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes • 1/2 tomatoes, hot house, sliced

1. Preheat the Airfryer to 360F. 2. Lightly butter 1 side of each bread slice. 3. Place a bread slice, buttered side down, on work surface. 4. Top with prosciutto slices, then basil leaves, then cheese. 5. Sprinkle red pepper flakes. 6. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side up. Cooking 7. Place directly into the Airfryer basket. 8. Cook for 3 minutes and then turn over and cook for 3 more minutes. 9. Remove from Airfryer. 10. Carefully lift off the top slice of bread from each sandwich. 11. Place tomato slices on top of cheese, then replace top slice of bread. 12. Cut in half diagonally and serve.

Ingredients: • 1 chicken breast, boneless, skinless • 1/4 tomatoes, hot house, thinly sliced • 1/2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 leaves basil, fresh • 1/8 tsp pepper, black freshly ground • 1 slice prosciutto

Instructions: Prep 1. Make a cut along the side of each chicken breast to form a pocket. 2. Fill each pocket with tomato slices, garlic and 2 basil leaves. 3. Slice the prosciutto in half lengthwise to form 4 equal sized pieces. 4. Season the chicken breast with pepper, then wrap each with a slice of prosciutto. 5. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. Cooking 6. Place the chicken into the Airfryer basket and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through. 7. Remove from the Airfryer and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Instructions: Prep 1. Mix the crab meat with 3/4 of the panko, green onions, jalapeno, mayonnaise, ginger, pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice and egg whites. 2. Form into a patty. 3. Dredge the patty in the remaining panko crumbs. 4. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. 5. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. Cooking 6. Place the crab burger directly into the Airfryer basket and cook for 6 minutes. 7. Toast the roll in the Airfryer until golden, about 2 minutes. 8. Top each roll with avocado and then with a crab burger.

• 2/3 cup rice, brown parboiled • 1/4 zucchini, green, cut into 1/2” pieces (1/3 cup) • 1/2 onion, yellow, cut into 1/2” pieces (1/3 cup) • 1/4 eggplant, cut into 1/2” pieces (1 1/2 cups) • 1/2 tomatoes, hot house, cut into 1/2” pieces (1/3 cup) • 1/4 pepper, yellow, cut into 1/2” pieces (1/3 cup) • 1/4 pepper, red, cut into 1/2” pieces (3 1/4 tbsp) • 1 1/2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 1/4 tsp olive oil • 1/8 tsp salt, sea • 1/8 tsp pepper, black freshly ground • 1/4 cup basil, fresh, chopped • 1 tbsp cheese, Parmesan, grated

1. Place rice in a fine sieve and rinse under cold water until water runs clear. 2. Preheat the Airfryer to 360F. Cooking 3. Toss the vegetables with the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. 4. Place the vegetables directly into the Airfryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until tender. 5. Meanwhile, place 2 cups of water in a pot with a tight fitting lid and bring to a boil over high heat. 6. Gently add the rice to the pot, cover and return to the boil. 7. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium low and simmer until rice is cooked, about 15 minutes. 8. Toss the chopped basil with the cooked vegetables. 9. Divide the rice among serving dishes, top with ratatouille and then with Parmesan.

Instructions: Prep 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 360F. Cooking 2. Coat the inside of a 5” X 5” baking dish with cooking spray. 3. Mix all of the beans together with half of the salsa, the sauteed onions, chili powder and pepper. 4. Spoon into the baking dish. 5. Top with grated cheese. 6. Place in the Airfryer and cook for 6 minutes. 7. Spoon the remaining salsa over top followed by the tortilla chips and return to the Airfyer for 4 minutes. 8. Spoon onto serving dishes and top with avocado.

1. Preheat the Airfryer to 390F. 2. Mix together 2/3 of the chopped tomato, basil, half of the olive oil, vinegar, half of the pepper. 3. Set aside. 4. Combine the remaining tomatoes with the beans, green onion, yellow pepper, garlic, half of the cornmeal, the Italian seasoning mix and the remaining pepper. 5. Shape into a patty and coat with remaining cornmeal. Cooking 6. Place directly into the Airfryer and cook for 10 minutes. 7. Toast the buns in the Airfryer for 2 minutes. 8. Serve the burgers topped with tomato basil mixture.

Instructions: Prep 1. Preheat the Airfryer to 300F. Cooking 2. Toss together the eggplant, red pepper, green pepper, tomatoes, onion, garlic, olives, capers, basil, marjoram and pepper. 3. Place in a pot over medium heat and gradually whisk in the milk. 5. Bring to a boil and cook until thick, about 3 minutes, stirring constantly. 6. Remove from the heat and let stand for 3 minutes. 7. Slowly whisk in the egg yolks and vanilla. 8. Spoon into a large bowl and cool. 9. Whisk the egg whites in a very clean mixing bowl until foamy. 10. Add the remaining 2 tbsp sugar and cream of tartar and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form. 11. Gently fold in 1/4 of the whipped egg whites into the chocolate mixture. 12. Gently fold in the remaining egg white mixture 1/4 at a time and chopped chocolate until well incorporated. 13. Spoon into prepared ramekins. Cooking 14.
