Having a live tree inside the home can be awe-inspiring, but it can also be quite messy. On hands: * Any greasy, oil-based product can work, such as olive oil or even vegetable shortening. Rub on the skin, and the sap should come right off. * A lubricant like WD-40 has also been known to remove sap. * Hand sanitizer, which is comprised mainly of alcohol, can help dissolve sap so it can be rinsed off.
* Make a paste of mineral oil (baby oil) and baking soda. This should help dissolve the sap and make your hands soft in the process. In hair: * Sap can be notoriously difficult to get out of human hair or animal fur. Try coating the sap in natural peanut butter or mayonnaise, both of which have a high oil content. Allow to sit for a while and then comb out the sap with a fine-toothed comb. * If tree sap cannot be removed, cutting it out may be the only option.

Tips when leasing a car for the first time Leasing a vehicle makes more sense than buying for many drivers. Lease terms typically last no more than 36 months, allowing drivers to drive a different, newer car every three years. In addition, lease payments tend to be less than monthly payments when financing a vehicle, which makes driving a new car more affordable for buyers without much room in their monthly budgets. But leasing can confuse or intimidate some drivers, especially those who have
never leased before. Once drivers decide that leasing is their best option, there
are some strategies they can employ to make leasing work for them.
¡ Make a lower down payment. Low monthly payments make leases very attractive to many drivers, but the low payments highlighted in advertisements can overshadow the often significant initial down payments required when signing a lease agreement. Those down payments, which can be several thousand dollars, make the low monthly payments possible. But drivers may want to make a lower down payment and accept higher monthly

Home values Home values are another factor to consider when choosing a neighborhood in which to buy a home. Buyers can work with a local realtor to find a neighborhood or
area where real estate prices are trending upwards. While buyers might be able to find a great deal on a home in a neighborhood where home prices are dropping, it's important to remember those home prices are dropping for a reason. Work with your realtor to find a neighborhood where you can afford a home and where property values are not in decline. Commute Quality of life is heavily influenced by commute time. Many men and women feel their quality of life improves dramatically the shorter their daily commute is. When considering a particular neighborhood, do a test run before making an offer on a home. Wake up early and drive to the area where you are thinking of buying, and then commute from there during rush hour. Also, do the reverse commute come quitting time. You might be able to get an estimated commute time online, but a test run can give you a more accurate idea of what your daily trips to and from the office will be like. Choosing a neighborhood where you will enjoy living requires some forethought and research.
