Let's Party!
Thank you for booking a party with me! In this hostess packet please find catalogs, order forms, a hostess flyer/wish list, the Monthly Special Flier and 5 order forms. Your job is to get excited about some free products and to get your friends to RSVP... my job is to get YOU excited and help you earn as much for FREE as I can! These are some great tools to use to get there. 1. Lists: Make your wishlist & guest list. Once you have both done, snap a pic and text them to me 518-428-0006 or send them to me via Facebook Messenger. 2. Invites: Send me addresses if you want me to mail out paper invites with mini catalogs. Next, send this little blurb to your peeps: "Hey Jen! I am so excited for Spring that I am hosting a fun Thirty-One party on (insert date here) . May I send you an invite?" Once you've done this, I will add you to the event as a host. Then you invite the ladies that said "yes" to an invite! (Make it personal by sending each friend their own message... you'll be surprised at how many more people will respond! And people LOVE getting mail thats not a bill these days, so even if you are having a Facebook Party, a paper invite in a fun pink envelope makes them excited for your party! Don't have their address? Just ask! It will make them even more excited!) 3. Party Time! Be present at the online portion of your party and be sure to comment on each post, engage with your guests and post pics of your wish list items and favorite items in use. Hop on and tag your friends, help me start some conversations! It's more fun that way! Send personal reminders to your party guests the day before and day of your party to ensure they join in on the fun. 4. Follow Up: Not everyone can make it to your party, but they can still shop. Invite them to shop your party and give them some product ideas that they will love. Inviting about 50 people is perfect. Usually around ¼ of the guests you invite will actually attend and your goal is to get a minimum of 10-12 guests at your party so we can get you TONS for FREE!
Finally, I suggest trying to collect at least $200 in orders prior to your actual party. When using the paper order forms PLEASE gather ALL of their contact information just in case there is an issue with their order. This includes, name, phone number, email address and home address.
