2 weeks to go! Go over the Hostess Packet with your Consultant and check out the Hostess Portal (if you’re using it).
2-3 days to go! Send event reminders to your guests about the party.
Talk with your Consultant about what excites you most about the party.
Review your wish list and share it with guests to highlight the products you’re loving.
• Is it the opportunity to earn free and discounted products?
Have you ever considered starting your own Thirty-One business? Let your Consultant know if she can gauge your guests’ interest in Hosting for YOU!
• Is it the girl time together with your friends? Consider choosing a fun theme! Talk with your Consultant about the possibilities.
1 week to go!
After the party
Use the opposite side to build your wish list and brainstorm your guest list.
Follow up with all guests with a thank-you text. Collect any outside orders from guests who weren’t able to attend. This is a great way to boost your party total!
TIP: Parties with $1,200+ in orders get you the MOST free, half-priced and exclusive items!
Decide on your invitation methods. (Using multiple methods is best!)
TIP: Ask your guests which types of products they’re most excited about so your Consultant can tailor the party to their needs.
TIP: Don’t forget to tell them about any Online Exclusives!

TIP: Inviting 40-50 guests will help ensure you have 10-12 attendees – the perfect amount!
TIP: Identify 15 Very Important Guests. These are the people you REALLY want to shop with you! Send them an extra special invitation like a Best of/Lookbook.
TIP: Offer anyone who is unable to attend the opportunity to place an order or book a party with your Consultant. Don’t forget to mention the online-exclusive products!
