Bachelor of Civil Engineering - GPA 3,40/4,00 Thesis : Control of Project Costs and Time Using Earned Value Analysis Method on High-Rise Building
Technical Inspector - SLF Consultant (September 2021 – Now) • Checked the completeness of building administration documents for SLF management. • Inspected the building as a basis for SLF study preparation. • Compared the inspection results with the applicable building technical standards in the SLF study preparation document. • Coordination and presented the result of the SLF study in the SLF session with relevant agencies related.

Project Control One stage of the project management process is project control. Project control is an effort made by project manager to determine standards according to plans, compare implementation with planning, and analyze possible project deviations. The goal is that the project can immediately take the necessary actions to anticipate deviations.
Control of Project Costs and Time Using Earned Value Analysis Method on High-Rise Building Earned Value Analysis (EVA) is a method that allows the project manager to measure the amount of work actually performed on a project beyond the basic review of cost and schedule reports. EVA provides a method that permits the project to be measured by progress achieved.
BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled)
Budget that has been prepared against the schedule as a reference for job scheduling.
BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed)
Value that obtained from the completion of work packages over a certain period of time.
ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performed)
Accumulated costs that have been incurred by the project to complete work packages over a certain period of time
Cost Variance CV = BCWP - ACWP
Schedule Variance SV = BCWP - BCWS

Cost Performance Index CPI = BCWP/ACWP
1. Project control uses three Earned value indicators, namely BCWS, BCWP, and ACWP so that the results obtained are more accurate. 2. Able to assess project performance based on project time and cost. 3. Able to predict estimate to complete (ETC) and estimate at completion (EAC). 4. Able to provide more accurate project condition status.

reviews when the project already running, slow work approval, bad labor productivity, and delays in ordering Due to the occurred problems, adopted strategy to control the variance were: Improving communication with other parties, accelerating work on the critical path, increasing labor productivity, Diverting available resources from hampered jobs to other jobs, and evaluate the calculation of the cost of each job.
BOQ is a breakdown of the volume of all work items in a construction job. Which consists of preparatory work, structural work, architectural work, MEP work, utility work, landscape, and so on. Volume in BOQ is calculated from

This project designed the entrance gate at the Brooklyn Town House in Cilacap, Central Java. The gate is 5 m high parallel-shaped walls with granite wall finishing. Equipped with a guard post in the middle of the gate.
is planning costs required in a construction project or development from the beginning until the project is completed.
AHSP (Analysis of the unit price of work) is the calculation of the cost of labor, materials, and equipment to obtain the unit price of a certain type of work item.
