EXPERIENCE PT. Patroon Arsindo Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (May 2022 – Now) Prepare a cost budget plan (RAB) for structural work in building construction using BIM-based software: Cubicost by Glodon Indonesia so that it is effective and efficient in terms of time. Has made structural modeling of 3 buildings using cubicost TAS and TRB software. The output of the software is in the form of a BOQ of structural work and processing it with Microsoft excel into RAB of structural work. PT. Sucofindo – Cilacap Branch Technical Inspector - SLF Consultant (September 2021 – April 2022 Checked the completeness of building administration documents and inspected the building as a basis for SLF study preparation. Compared the inspection results with the applicable building technical standards in the SLF study preparation document. BOQ
BILL OF QUANTITY BOQ is a breakdown of the volume of all work items in a construction job. Which consists of preparatory work, structural work, architectural work, MEP work, utility work, landscape, and so on. Volume in BOQ is calculated from
shop
drawings.

This project designed the entrance gate at the Brooklyn Town House in Cilacap, Central Java. The gate is 5 m high parallel-shaped walls with granite wall finishing. Equipped with a guard post in the middle of the gate.
BUDGET PLAN is planning costs required in a construction project or development from the beginning until the project is completed.
AHSP (Analysis of the unit price of work) is the calculation of the cost of labor, materials, and equipment to obtain the unit price of a certain type of work item.
Cubicost TAS - TRB Cubicost is one of the BIM software produced by Glodon specifically to help calculate the quantity and also pricing in the preparation of the project budget plan (RAB). In addition, this software can also create BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
Like BIM software in general, of course Cubicost can make it easier for users and is proven to be effective and efficient in terms of time.
