Find and download the GR Walks app onto your phone. Choose a walking tour such as “Garfield Park,” “Black History Tour of Downtown Grand Rapids,” or “Rad Women A-Z.” Once downloaded, the app will lead you through a tour of the chosen area and explain the significance of each stop.

Access two walks, “History” and “Art Around the Corner,” through the QR Code Reader app on your phone. Visit the website for a map of the stops and where to begin. Once you reach the start of the tour, you’ll find a sign with a code to scan which will provide information about each stop.
Tour the city with Caroline, an enthusiastic ambassador of the city, on one of her 50+ walking or running tours. Try “Lapping the Landmarks,” “West Side Story,” or “Young President Ford.”
