Outdoor Fall Bucket List

There is never a shortage of fun things to do in West Michigan in autumn. Nothing beats the leaves changing color, the yummy cider, the enormous leaf piles and the cool sunny weather.

Cut these out and see how many you can do!

Drive along the lakeshore for a color tour.

Build a bird feeder: coat pine cones with peanut butter and cover them with birdseed.

Collect autumn leaves in all shapes and sizes and make leaf rubbings.

Visit a U Pick Apple Orchard or Pumpkin Patch (page 10).

Pay it forward and rake leaves for a neighbor or friend - jump in the huge piles for extra fun.

Dress up and take family photos at one of the Fall Family Photo Hotspots (page 18). Take in the spectacular fall sights at Rosy Mound Natural Area.
