The BCC Fitness & Wellness Team is loaded with talent. I did not join BCC for the Fitness Team as I have a home gym, several other gym memberships, and thought I was invincible at 65 years old. However, several years ago, I was feeling less athletic and started training with Director of Fitness & Wellness Janine Rich twice a week. Janine has been a tremendous coach. She has customized a program that works my weak left side and exercises to play my best golf. Janine offered Zoom training with me throughout the pandemic that was extremely helpful. To help with my goals, Janine suggested I give Thai Yoga Massage with Marissa a try. I did my first session with Marissa several months ago and have become a big fan. Thai Yoga Massage has improved all of my activities. It has helped with better mobility and coordination. My workouts (yoga, weights, stretching, rowing, power walking, etc.) are better with Thai Yoga Massage. The Thai process involves yoga stretches combined with massage. Marissa can work on areas that need the most help and customize where appropriate. I am committed to daily workouts, and Thai Yoga Massage supports an active workout schedule. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to stay active and improve his or her health. Great people make BCC one of our favorite places. The Fitness & Wellness department is full of great people! They have become a major part of my fitness process.
