Pool Café • Experience formal beverage service at both clubhouses • Gain in-depth knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and mixology • Perform inventory management, ordering, stocking, and rotation

DINING SERVICES

• Experience casual dining service at the clubhouse and Pool Café • Experience fine dining service at both clubhouses • Participate in sporting and social events ranging from 15 to 1,500 attendees • Perform beverage service and learn about beers, wines, and spirits • Learn coordination of service between the front and back of house

EVENT MANAGEMENT

• Support and lead staff in executing events ranging from 15 to 1,500 attendees • Execute casual, formal, youth, family, and adult events • Oversee staff in event setup and breakdown • Coordinate and facilitate service between front and back of house • Manage event beverage inventory and service • Experience events at both clubhouses • Participate in departmental and interdepartmental meetings
