SPONSORING EVENTS AT BALTIMORE COUNTRY CLUB

Many of you host your own events at the Club, but did you know you can also sponsor events for family, friends, and colleagues to host their events at BCC? Below is a list of answers to our frequently asked questions to help you understand how to become a sponsor and why it is so important for your Club.

What does it mean to sponsor an event at BCC?

Sponsoring an event at BCC allows your family, friends and colleagues the ability to use the Club to host one of their events without being BCC members.

Why should I sponsor events at my Club?

Sponsoring events helps the overall health of BCC, provides an opportunity for non-members to experience the Club, and allows the sponsor an opportunity to showcase their Club.

Who can sponsor events at BCC?

Any active member of Baltimore Country Club.

How many events am I able to sponsor?

There is no limitation on event sponsorship.

What kind of events is BCC able to hold?

A variety of events ranging from two to 300+. Examples include: • Social events: birthday celebrations, pool parties, baby showers, galas, fundraisers • Weddings: engagement parties, bridal showers, ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, after parties • Corporate: business meetings, golf outings, cocktail receptions, dinner events

How do I become a Sponsor?

An active BCC member can become a sponsor by referring family, friends, and colleagues that belong to a of variety businesses, charities, and organizations to the BCC Events Team at events@bcc1898.com.

What is my role as a Sponsor?

As a sponsor, you will receive a Sponsor Letter from the individual you are sponsoring. You must sign and return this letter prior to the event being confirmed. This acknowledges you are responsible for any unpaid charges, as well as the actions of the group while on BCC premises for the sponsored event.
