NEW FIVE FARMS DINING GUIDELINES
As we prepare to reopen our Five Farms clubhouse, we anticipate an increased volume of dining reservations. Data shows that most individuals prefer to dine between 6:00pm-7:30pm. Our goal at Baltimore Country Club is to provide exceptional experiences at all times. To execute this goal, we are implementing dining guidelines that will allow us to go above and beyond the expectations of our members.
• Reservations are recommended. During periods of high volume, walk-in diners may experience extended wait times
• Reservations can be made no sooner than 10 days prior to your preferred dining date • Hours of Operation
▶ Lunch: Tuesday-Sunday | 11:00am- 2:00pm ▶ Clubhouse Menu: 2:00pm- 5:00pm (No Reservations) ▶ Dinner: Tuesday-Sunday | 5:00pm-9:00pm • We will observe the following dining times: ▶ Dinner parties of four or less– 2 Hours ▶ Dinner parties of 6 to 12 – 2.5 Hours • A maximum of 12 individuals can be seated at one table.
Limited 12 tops available • Parties of 13 or more must reserve a private room through our Events Department at events@bcc1898.com
• Dining reservations will be available in the following areas:
▶ Indoor: 1924 Grille & Elm Room ▶ Outdoor: Adirondack Porch, Grille Porch, Elm Porch, Tilly Porch • Walk-In Only Areas: Adirondack Bar & Trophy Bar • Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. These dining areas cannot be reserved
The primary goal of our guidelines is to balance the member experience and accommodate as many members as possible. Outlined below are a few explanations as to why these guidelines are necessary, and how their implementation affects the pace of dining service.
• To appropriately space the tables throughout the dining room, allowing our service team to provide attentive, gracious, and elegant hospitality • To allow the kitchen to properly prepare all dishes without getting overwhelmed with too many orders placed at the same time • Most restaurants use the same table two to three times a night. Club restaurants use approximately half of the tables two times per night. The tables that are used before 6:00pm can also be used after 7:30pm. The tables sat between 6:30pm-7:00pm are only available once per night • Our team thrives on fulfilling the requests of our members. We are in the hospitality industry because we love making people happy. When we only have certain reservations times available, it is set up with the intent of providing you with an extraordinary dining experience • On our busiest nights, when dining times must be enforced to accommodate the membership, bar and soft seating areas for cocktailing before and after dinner will be available in the Adirondack Bar, Trophy Bar, and
Oak Room
