CMC Team Member Spotlight
This month we would also like to recognize one of our team members at The Clubhouse Restaurant, Makenzie Tebo. She is the familiar face you all see when you walk into the building and is the one who typically takes all our To-Go orders during the evening hours.

Makenzie is being recognized for her dedication to the overall team effort and her vitality to operations. She has grown so much in the little bit of time that she has been with us and for that we are very proud.
Now we take a moment to get to know her a little more. We asked her the following questions, and these were her answers.
• What is your role at Cramer Mountain? “My role, would be that of many…I wear different hats.”
• What drew you to Cramer Mountain? “I have always wanted to work in clubs.”
• Where do you see yourself in 10 years? “In 10 years, I see myself traveling the country as a Travel Nurse.”
• If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why? “If I could have a superpower, I would like to read minds…because I’m nosey.”
• How has the Clubhouse Restaurant helped you in your overall development?
“The Clubhouse Restaurant has definitely given me the opportunity to be more social and not as shy as I previously was, when I first started.”
• If you could switch your job with anyone else within the club, whose job would it be and why?
“Personally, I wouldn’t switch my job. I love what I do, and I like being able to be flexible with switching between roles.”
• What advise would you give a prospective team member? “One piece of advice I would give to a prospective team member would be, Don’t be scared to ask questions about anything!!! It is better to ask before you do something that you don’t know than to end up doing something wrong.”
• What do you find the most challenging at the club? “What I find most challenging at the club would just be our limited space. I feel like it is hard to move around in such a small area when we are busy. However, we still come together and work it out.”
• What do you like most about the club? “I love that everyone for the most part…is nice. Employees, members, and board members. Everyone has made me feel welcome and comfortable and are always willing to help with anything when it’s needed.”
• What have you gained from working at the club? “I have gained more of a feel for different roles in a restaurant whether it be answering the phone, taking to-go orders, serving, or being an SA (Server Assistant). I have had the ability to learn more roles and get comfortable with multitasking multiple things all at once.”
If you happen to stop in, please take a moment to thank Makenzie for all she does here at the club for all of us!
