Mem Bourke Creator and Director of The NZ Body Art Awards New Zealand www.nzbaa.co.nz Award winning artist Mem continues to be the forefront of an art form growing in worldwide popularity. Other accomplishments: Diplomas in Event Management and Special Effects production for film and television, won awards for Body Art: including the Body Art section of Westfield Style Pasifika and assisting Joanne Gair in her book ‘Paint A ‘Licious’. Experienced coordinator of events recently completed the Arts Venture Programme for creative entrepreneurs, business development initiative. She competes internationally, attending the World Festival of Body Painting Austria 6 times, Germany and Korea. She has placed 6th in the World Asian Award for Face Painting and 2010 9th place in the World's for Special Effects Make-up in Austria.
