In case of COVID19 travel restrictions this activity will be carried out online with adjusted content and lenght. This model was later adapted for the youth field and tested on a national level by Movit Slovenian Erasmus+: Youth in Action National Agency. The main aim of the training course is to equip participants with knowledge and skills for successful planning and assessing impact of the projects in the youth field. Objectives of the activities are: Participants will learn about the basic concepts related to project management and impact assessment. Participants will get to know the Impact+ tool and its adaptation for use in the youth field. Participants will learn to plan and assess projects’ results and impact. Participants will explore and define projects’ indicators and data sources. Participants will learn to define relevant audiences and further develop dissemination plan of the project impact. During the training course participants will learn about the concept of impact, how to plan and assess projects’ impact through group work. Part of the time will be dedicated for working on individuals’ project ideas and the possible impact. Therefore, it is advised that participants already have project idea they would like to apply in the Erasmus+: Youth in action or European Solidarity Corps programme or they are already implementing such a project. Target group: Representatives of youth organisations, youth workers, youth and project leaders planning or/and implementing projects in the Erasmus+: Youth in action or European Solidarity Corps programme. The activity will start on Monday, 26th October 2020 with welcome evening and dinner at 6 PM and end in the evening on Wednesday 28th October 2020. Departures are planned for 29th October 2020. Accommodation is provided for 3 nights. Costs: Participation fee This project is financed by the participating NAs of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country. Accommodation and food Unless specified otherwise, the hosting National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food. Travel reimbursement Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
