Saturday, March 9, 2013 Everything but the sound of silence will fill the hall as the orchestra covers some of the seminal music of the 1960s and ’70s by the tenor duo Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel. This concert marks the return of Jim Witter, who rocked the Cannon Center in 2011 with “Music of the Piano Men.”
