Program technical space, storage and archaeological study of art objects, a public reception with pedagogical path and administrative space ......................................................................... Surface 4877m² ..........................................................................
T
he new building intended to accommodate the archaeological is designed as both a practical and efficient technical equipment to ensure the conservation of archaeological objects in optimal conditions, and as a cultural building in itself. It is the major tool for archaeological research at the regional level. The architectural proposal is a synthesis of these two requirements, through a project expressing each of the purposes of the new archaeological center, in terms of conservation on the one hand, mediation and communication, on the other hand.

Area Sports «Sebastien Loeb» in Haguenau
10 |
Program 1 gymnasium certified to Level 2 Basketball - Handball Level 1 with a double tier, up to 500 people - 1 multi-sport room. .......................................................................... Surface 4280 m² ..........................................................................
T
he choice of the location responds to a desire for a compact space, as well as a solution against the east/west sunlight which is not the best for a gymnasium. The athletes gallery gives immediate access to three sports rooms, locker room and their annexes. This compact arrangement has many advantages : saving space - short and direct circuits... The quality of the reception space and clarity of the layout of the differents rooms are key factors of the project. The circulation of sportsmen is designed as a noble area, the large gallery is visible from the lobby, and offers a user-friendly meeting area lit by skylight.

Restructurinf of the departmental archives in Amiens
14 |
Program Reception area, reading room, exhibition hall, conference room, staff rooms, technical rooms ............................................................................. Surface 5 690 m² .............................................................................
C
urrently, the building of the Archives of Amiens lack of space and a clear separation between the spaces accessible by the public and the staff with the treatment of archives. The project responds to it by offering a complete reorganization of the public area and creating an open lobby onto the street, articulated around a patio. The work on the existing building is measured, for economic reasons, but also to respect the original building. The restructuration is mainly functional and complemented by the construction of two small buildings in the garden.

Rehabilitation of a tobacco factory in Strasbourg
30 |
Program One university, shops, a creativity center, student housing, a hostel, and private housing. ...................................................................... Surface 29,390 m² ......................................................................
T
This iconic site has had very few changes since its inception in the second half of the 19th century and is still in great condition. The main idea of the project is both to preserve the existing building, a witness to the industrial history of Strasbourg and at the same time to improve it to meet the current needs. Indeed, the existing surface is not enough to recieve all the program requested by the project owner. In addition, the layout of the premises does not always match the future needs, especially for the university center that requires more space for the amphitheater, for example. Creating additional surfaces is therefore a necessity to which the project responds by creating extensions inside and outside the yard as well as the creation of a mezzanine, because the ground floor posssedes a nice high ceiling.

Housing project on the bank of Spree in Berlin
34 |
T
he city has many vacant homes on its territory. The areas bordering the Spree are essentially factories. Some are still in operation today, others have become enormous brownfields. These areas become buffer spaces between the residents and the Spree. The project is located next to the station Schรถneweide. It is a very lively area, and very well served. Nevertheless, it possesses a vast industrial wasteland that does not allow the public to access the Spree. This is a dead spot in a neighborhood full of life. The idea of the project is to permeabilize the space. The rehabilitation of industrial building in public and cultural buildings, the creation of stores, offices and homes, help make this place attractive. The attention has been paid to the 3rd phase of this urban renewal. The tenement with their shared gardens, coexist with the pathway for pedestrian that leads to the park, on the banks of the river. The architecture of these building takes the language of the industrial building, its materials (use of brick, glass and metal) and the rational structure. And at the same time, the rational frame allows to create a typological diversity, which brings a variety of facades.

Big landscape
ocated in the vast rolling countryside of Livradois Forez, the project fits into the site along the edge of the forest. It provides the customer with a distant view of the vallone landscape dotted with hamlets and a closer view, more intimate on the pine forest. The project tells a story to the client, brings to the discovery, and curiosity. From the entrance of the restaurant to the dining rooms, the corridor that the client passes through, is cadenced by transversales openings while being held at a distance from the circulation of personnel. He is invited to take a look at the space of sales and preparation. Then the client arrives in the large dining room bathed in light with a wide opening on the outside and a central patio. He has the possibility to go into private rooms, much more intimate, like a hut perched in the woods.

B
uild a building in an impossible place, here is the challenge of this project. Located in a mini yard, the project tries to take a place between two existing buildings with a privileged view of the cathedral of Clermont-Ferrand. The project proposes the customer to take a tea and read a book in a cozy space that can accommodate a dozen people.
