2019 is the year we are in the restaurant industry. For more than 30 years, we have specialized in Ramen. Six months after establishment, the founder (Master) discovered that the green onion when getting burned by the high-temperature fire would emanate the great aroma, signature dish “Fire Ramen� was, then, released and became the best-seller dish in the history of Menbaka. We have build our restaurant by concentrating on 04 key values: Quality, Entertainment, Kindness, Efficiency.
