SPECIAL NOTE TO POTENTIAL INVESTORS / DEVELOPER CANDIDATES Pacific Sothebys International Realty, the premier resort consulting company in the country and Mendoza International Group, have been selected as the placement consultants to find a joint venture partner or purchaser for the property described herein. The Project has been preapproved as presented herein, but maintains the flexibility for Developer’s to personalize the Master Plan. We believe that the approved master plan can accommodate an increase of hotel sites and an increase in both comercial and residential densities. Discussions at federal, State and Local levels, have confirmed a Fast Track approach to changes to Master Plan, with little or No red tape.
