As the main function of the building requires a large amount of water, green roofs are installed above the different blocks to purify, recycle and utilize rainwater.

Invisible in the 'Green'

The whole site is covered with green grass and surrounded by trees. To the north is the Safe Regeneration, and to the south, the site is bordered by a canal. Wood is used as the main material throughout the building to seek maximum naturalization and to provide a sense of tranquility and warmth. The maximum height of the building is not more than 7.2 meters, in order not to block the light from the northern building, and to better integrate the whole site.

The roof of each block adopts the design of roof greening and solar panels, which can not only save energy to meet the current "fragile" environment but also "invisible" the whole building block on the green space of the site so that the building skillfully integrates the site and nature. Large openings facing the canal and woods bring a sense of the natural environment into the interior, where the interior is integrated with the exterior of the building through a large glass door. The roof terrace is also dedicated to providing a sense of connection with the natural environment.
