项目地位于北京西南部的一个葡萄园中,此项目在结合法国与中国的资源的同时,也综合了两个国家的优良传统,从而创造出了一种新的葡萄酒文化。设计思路是通过追溯 葡萄酒的原产地,波尔多圣埃美隆村落,采用与之相同的原始粗狂的建筑材料:石、木和玻璃;以及法国古典建筑的经典元素:柱廊、拱券... This project is situated within a larger vineyard that is located in the South West of Beijing. By combining both French and Chinese resources, this project creates a synthesis of both national traditions in its creation of a new wine culture. The design concept is to trace back to the wine’s origin, the Bordeaux village of Saint-Emilion, using the same primitive rough building materials: stone, wood and glass; And the classic elements of French classical architecture: colonnades, arches...

A Lively Market

The original site is surrounded by a lot of skyscrapers, which are tall and refuse any connection with the whole city by emphasizing themselves. To be a real part of the city, the design will break the close pattern and connect with the environment and people.

There is a lively flower market with varied pedlars where people living nearby always come to buy flowers and plants. Becaause the surroundings epitomizes the ordinary life, the design is going to protect the atmosphere by creating a public road and many retails around the skyscraper.
