LETTER FROM THE PUBLISHER

V.1

Dear readers, Welcome to the first edition of our Men Of The Year Magazine. We are delighted to have this addition to our publication family. I’m sure many of you are wondering what this magazine is about. Though our magazine is still mainly focused on fashion, what sets us apart is the prestige of being selected to be featured as one of our “men of the year”. There is NO casting for the “men of the year” selection. Men are to apply to be considered but the selection is based on how active and extensive their portfolio is. The fun part is that men from ALL areas of SL are allowed to apply, not just men from fashion. You can be a clothing creator, clothing designer, builder, DJ, entrepreneur etc and apply! With that, I would like to thank the photographers, men of the year, staff and most of all, the readers for your support and hard work. Hope you enjoy our first edition! Best regards,

Dougie Boxen

CEO, Founder & Publisher of Men of the Year Magazine™

35 FEBRUARY

Name: Caesar Langer | SL Age: almost 6 years | RL Age: 32 going into 33 | Location: North of Italy What do you like to do in Second Life? Mostly styling, attending runway shows as a model, posing for Magazine pictures, and trying to improve my own photography skills. What would you say your Fashion Style is? Being a model, I’m not always so free to decide what to wear; what I find interesting in modeling is approaching at it as a problem that needs to be solved in some ways. I’d say i’m experimental and not always playing safe in styling. My favourite challenge in styling is avantgarde / dark fantasy. Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Time to time it happens, more than once I have had to wear female clothes or accessories, which for men are much less numerous. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? I like formal, but not too conventional, as well as casual for every Second Life day. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Yes, I have to say that people like me, that started their Second Life adventure before the “mesh era”, can agree that some big steps have been made since our beginning days. I still have some of the older stuff and time to time, now that I learned how to style and modify things and doing my own textures, I use them even nowadays to create single parts of my outfits. What are some of your favorite stores? Too many to quote each of them; just to make some name, I’d say I love Kauna’s quality dress, and I recently discovered Lode hats; I also like Zibska, which is italian like me. But the list would be very huge. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? I find Hikaru Enimo’s blog amazingly portraited, with fashinating picture: https://hikaruenimo.wordpress. com/ A very good one is a place where many authors post their blogging: http://malefashionfeed.info/. I am running my blog too but I’m most concentrating in runways and styling, so not much time is left for blogging and finding sponsors to get affiliated to. But, least but not last, I mostly take ideas from google, from real life fashion, I always do my research on the theme I am working on before looking into blogs. What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? Those are great opportunities to find men focused products... Maybe would be cool to have a fair with dedicated place to a certain kind of item and designer with a male stylist responsible for helping other men less used to style themselves; like a big market divided into different zones (jewelry, hair and beard, makeup, clothing) with someone there helping describing the product and helping to it fit the customer. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? I’d say: be patient. Be calm. Look at yourself like you are really seeing, and not pretending to. Be picky till you feel comfortable with what you are seeing. But there’s a thing to be pecise: some things, like the styling, can be improved, but cannot be given. Either you have an eye or you don’t have it. You can try improve it but you have to trust the person who’s helping you with his/her advices and try to apply them.

Name: Enzo Champagne | SL Age: 7 years old in march 2015 | RL Age: 34 | Location: Paris , FRANCE What do you like to do in Second Life? I am the Fashion Designer and Owner of CHAMPAGNE!sparkling couture . I am also a Photographer and work for BOSL magazine. What would you say your Fashion Style is? My fashion style is a bit different from what I design myself, I’m more a preppy boy, clean, light colors and always with a cute detail...But on lazy days, I can just wear leather pants and a cardigan. Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? With mesh and liquid mesh, it’s not always easy to find the right size fitting PERFECTLY to your shape . Even if you can change your shape to fit well the mesh clothes, you are always wanting to find the perfect one and not have to work on your shape. Men are more lazy for this kind of stuff. About the style I can find some in the nerd brands , but I love to hunt down the perfect cute thing around the grid even if I do not have too much time. Hopefully bloggers are here to show us some new stores. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? Casual, formal, fantasy, sexy, and feathers but you won’t see me dress in an urban style or totally in sportswear or even wearing heels. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Oh yes definitely, Men fashion has grown a lot since I came to Second Life. In the past there were only few good brands, now there is fresh air coming and men people are following it! What are some of your favorite stores? Well I love so many : HOWL, KAUNA, CASHEMERE&KEANE, WONTON, MUISM, L&B, NERD.P, The forge, and Gabriel... What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? In RL I look at a lot of fashion magazines and fashion news on the internet. In SL, you have some really good bloggers on the grid ! Some examples of bloggers I love the posts from: Parker Droverson, Ton Thumper, Jack Valentine, Hikaru, Carthalis Rossini, Kalleno Blush Alex and so much more..... What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? Second Life should be have more events that are 100% men! Men are really interrested in fashion, and we want always more for sure. It could be good to have some only men model agencies too, like in rl! All that is possible honestly, there are so much work to do, cause actually you can count on your hand the number of mens events. And please try to be original not a replica from another event, try something never seen before, we are in SL all should be possible , no?! What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? I used to be fully avant-garde, I would advise learning the basics , how to wear a nice formal and how to twist them until you find your own style, exploring more interesting stylings...

Name: Jakobat | SL Age: 3 years old | RL Age: 35 What do you like to do in Second Life? I like to be fashionable to be updated on all the style of clothing. Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? I find no difficulty in finding the clothes I like to change. What would you say your Fashion Style is? I love all styles of clothing. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Now there is more availability than when I joined six years ago with the first avatar. What are some of your favorite stores? The shops that I prefer are: KAUNA.-IRUCO-Deadwool-COCO-AMERIE-not so bad. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? No blogs I follow. What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? I think that what is available is good. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? Be original and creative about the photos and also in the way you dress.

Name: Jee Crazyboi | SL Age: 4 yrs, 9 months | RL Age: Almost 7 times my SL Age. | Location: East Coast of the U.S What do you like to do in Second Life? I love lots of things in SL. I enjoy visiting great sims that have been amazingly designed, and landscaped. I like going to clubs and listening to live music, and testing out my dance moves. I love shopping for clothes, and on the rare occasions when I am invited to come watch, I love seeing people create things. The magazine also keeps me busy. From looking for new stories, to meeting new people. I get invited to fashion shows and industry parties. I stay active, there is always something to do. What would you say your Fashion Style is? I am trendy and urban at the same time. I enjoy urban wear, and if it has a slight edge to it, I like it even more. However, when I’m home I’m pretty relaxed. White tee, blue jeans, and barefoot is how you would normally find me when I’m just “chillin” at home. Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Not at all. The trick is to not get caught up shopping at the same place for everything. Dressing up in SL should be as you do in RL. Your top can be from one store, pants from another, etc. You’ll find that designers tend to try to cover a majority of styles within their label, so mix and matching is what’s going to really make it individual. I avoid what I call “prepackaged” outfits, because then you’re just wearing it like everyone else, just the way someone else is telling you to wear it. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? I try to look my best. I enjoy a good suit, and dressing up from time to time. I like feeling suave and debonair when I have to dress up. Kind of like a secret agent, 007. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Yes, of course. I think designers have seen that the market is there. Seeing events like the “men’s department” stay open and successful after seeing many other versions of those concept stores close their doors. We have hunts now dedicated to us men. Men’s fashion has taken great strides since I started out, but even after all that- I still think we are very far behind. What are some of your favorite stores? Thats too many to list to be honest. They are all my favorites. I know that sounds like the politically correct thing to say, but it really is the truth. I love them all for different reasons. I like one store for their denim, another for their dress pants, and another for their t-shirts, I couldn’t pick a favorite if I tried. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? I have a bunch http://malefashion101.blogspot.com/ Male Fashion 101 by Lawrence D. Pryce. He’s a master of mixing labels and making an outfit. http://sir-ego.blogspot.com.ar/2015/01/337_15.html Diego by Dodo Rage. I blame him for many of my spendings. http://boystowncloset.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2015-01-11T12:25:00-08:00&max-results=7 The Boystown Closet! This blog features several of the trendiest male residents from the gayborhood of BoysTown. I mean come on, everyone knows Gay men know fashion. What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? I’d love to see more Fashion shows for men. I’d love to see other versions of the Men’s Department- maybe one with themes each month. I’d like to see more male items at the arcade gatcha. Those are things I can think of that come to mind off the cuff. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? If you are having trouble, my tip is always to get solid classic pieces in your wardrobe. A pair of pants in every color. Throw out the ones you don’t use anymore, or the ones you upgraded from. Get solid colored tops. Keep things simple, you can always make a simple outfit more personal by adding accessories like hats, jewelry, sneakers or shoes that show your personality and taste.

Name: Khalied “Kev” Jameson | SL Age: 7 years 1 month | RL Age: 35 | Location: Atlanta, Ga USA What do you like to do in Second Life? I’m in the SL Marine Corps, I also run ConcreteSL.co. I definitely am a family man so spending time with my family is a top priority. What would you say your Fashion Style is? Urban Couture Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Sometimes Mens fashion can be tricky in SL. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? Well I’m a coder so the laid back jeans and hoodie works for me. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Oh yes definitely. What are some of your favorite stores? Fashionnatic is probably my favorite mesh store. Lybra and L&B. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? Of course ConcreteSL.co (www.concretesl.co) we have the hottest male bloggers on our feed so I check there daily. What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? I definitely would like to see some formal men events to encourage more designer suits. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? Try to mix and match your styles. Just because an outfit may come with shoes and hat doesn’t mean you have to wear them. Own that style, make it your own.

Name: Lawrence D | SL Age: 3yrs 10 months | Location: Upper east side of SL What do you like to do in Second Life? I am just a rookie blogger/photographer. Its my Zen till I can’t capture the right shot and the desire to hurl my computer out of the window overwhelms me. What would you say your Fashion Style is? Business Casual Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Absolutely not, with such brands as Hoorenbeek, FateWear, Kauna, Gabriel and a few others . A mate can definitely personalize his style as he wants. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? Aye, I am a simple kind of fellow. As long as its comfortable and minimal to coordinate, I am good. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Absolutely and I couldn’t be more satisfied. As everyone knows, SL fashion is catered towards the women but with good reason. One can’t dispute the basic economics of supply and demand. Women, admittedly, spend more than men on fashion. Though with the increasing male brands the tide is shifting and rightfully so. What are some of your favorite stores? I mentioned a few in the above comment but to add I would have to say, Kal Rau, ::K::, Xin, Etham,Dynasty and aye, the list continues. The male fashion in SL has improved drastically over the last few years and its hard for me to keep my list of favorites to only a few. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? Aye, this is one question I truly can’t answer without listing just about every male blogger I have come to know and/or follow. So to choose would be difficult as I follow and list these artists daily on my own blog. So, I’ll diplomatically say...”We all got skills and I favor them all.” What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? Honestly, with Mens Fashion Week added to the list, I would hope there wouldn’t be an over saturation of male events. It would make it hard to follow and place these designers in a position to try and keep with the trend. Thus far, the brands have been original with each new release and I prefer it that way. I believe these few events have done a great job in introducing new brands for us. So to say it simple...let’s keep it simple and efficient as it stands. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? My only advice would be to keep your style simple and comfortable to you. Its a benefit to utilize blogs, fashion events, but it has to come naturally to you. If it doesn’t then you’ll just be spending money on items you’ll never wear again - advice from a female friend -.

Name: Luka Requiem | SL Age: 4 Years (6+ Originally) | RL Age: 29 | Location: USA What do you like to do in Second Life? I do a lot of shopping and photography, not just for blogging but for my own pleasure. I also DJ at various clubs. What would you say your Fashion Style is? I honestly struggled with this question. I guess I would portray myself as a mix of urban styles, primarily tones of a rebel/gangster themes. All or most of my looks have dark undertones, borderline gothic perhaps? I actually do not want to label my style so easily, then I’d feel like I’m doing something wrong. Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Sometimes I may wish for a certain type of pant or a more edgy top. The regular, clean-cut t-shirts and jackets overflow can be annoying sometimes, but a lot of designers have provided amazing accessories for me to improvise unique looks. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? I enjoy doing fantasy styles now and then. Some of my looks have delved into Japanese mythological beasts (kistune) as well as necromancer and demon looks. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Definitely. I think designers have taken notice to the growing involvement of men in fashion and the demand for more variety of styles. What are some of your favorite stores? For clothes I would have to say Gabriel, Monso, Chronokit, Scars and Pumpkin. For accessories I am a huge fan of Aitui, Cerberus Crossing and Mandala. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? Some of my biggest inspirations have been bloggers such as U10+, NO PLAN and 8f8. What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? There are a lot of events geared towards women, such as accessories or a type of fashion. I think men only events are a good start but eventually I would like to see themed events to encourage more different types of styles and designs. For example Mens Fantasy Fair or Men’s Accessories Exhibit. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? I believe that you need to wear what you like and never fear to be bold. When creating a new look for myself or for a blog, I go through my entire inventory of old and new to see what else I can add to make the look even more unique. Also I suggest to keep an organized inventory so you never risk losing an item.

Name: Nekrophilia Wylder | SL Age: 4 Years, 4 Months | RL Age: 28 | Location: Ohio What do you like to do in Second Life? Former DJ, now i just feed my shopping addiction, and take pictures. What would you say your Fashion Style is? I try to set my fashion style apart from alot of others, going for unique looks and keeping it dark, yet stylish. Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Oh yeah, all the time. Though as of late stores are starting to sway more toward my style and I’m enjoying it greatly. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? Randomly i’ll dress up in the darkest craziest outfits, some might call them “scary”. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Yes, Though i’d love to see more, but it’s nice to see that SL designers are starting to notice that more men are starting to pop up on SL What are some of your favorite stores? Contraption, Aitui, DURA, CerberusXing, :Scars:, That’s just a few, I have tons. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? I don’t really look at blogs too often. What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? Anything that isn’t Gacha related would be fine by me. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? Once you get an idea in your head, run with it. If you need inspiration sit back, listen to music, zone out. Then when you finally have that style or look, start throwing it together. Don’t let others sway what you have your heart set on and you’ll look great :)

Name: Orph3us Resident | SL Age: 1 year and 10 months | RL Age: 26 | Location: Portugal What do you like to do in Second Life? I Design, Deejay and hangout with my wife and close friends. What would you say your Fashion Style is? Normally, I wear Urban Style and Casual Style Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Sometimes yes, especially pants. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? I like to wear formal sometimes, there’s good formal clothes that allow you to create good looks. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Yes, for sure. When I first joined SL was only texture stuff and prim.. Now with mesh, makes the avatar more real, no doubt. What are some of your favorite stores? I really like GABRIEL, Chronokit, Tableau VivantMandala, United Colors and RYCA. What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? I usually don’t look at the blogs, I do my own outfits. What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? I would like to see more period, as long as it bring us quality clothes What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? I tell them to look up for a good shapes and skin with quality, good hair bases and eyes... Those are the main things to make your avatar looking good.. And of course mesh clothes.

Name: Parker Droverson | SL Age: 4 | RL Age: 34 | Location: Missoula, MT USA What do you like to do in Second Life? I love Landscaping, Decorating, Blogging, However I can be creative. What would you say your Fashion Style is? Casual and Comfortable Do you have trouble finding clothing in Second Life that fits your individual style? Not at all thank god. Are there other Fashion Styles that you enjoy wearing? Formal and Fantasy are always good for a change. Do you feel that there are a lot more options available to you now for Mens clothes than there were when you first started playing Second Life? Yes I do. But I could be wrong. I’ve discovered so much more once I started blogging. What are some of your favorite stores? Wonton, Pumpkin, Deadwool, Vrsion, 2byte, Taketomi, Hermony, Dura, Damselfly, Flite, Reckless. just for starters What are some of your favorite Mens Blogs to look at for ideas? ThreadLine, The World That I Would, The Last Vigil, Nomak-n What kind of events other than The Mens Department & Men Only Monthly would you like to see in the future? I’m not sure we need more events. It would be nice to see more of the events that already exist would included more stuff for men. What tips or tricks can you give to other men out there that might make their personal styling better or easier? Buy what you like and mix and match. we are all loving mesh but keep your favorite clothing layers and sculpts.. They can help a lot with layering.

ITUI PHOTOGRAPHY |LUKA REQUIEM | ROGUE FALCONER |INTERVIEW|ROGUE FALCONER

The

Interview Your store has been in Second Life for quite a few years, when did you actually start deisgning and what made you want to open your own store? JA: I started in early 2006. Before I found Second Life, I was designing websites and flyers for businesses and bands. When I heard about the Second Life technology it piqued my interest as I was exposed to a lot of virtual reality stations as a child due to my dad’s job. After joining, I was told everything I saw was uploaded by the community, so naturally, I wanted to begin on my avatar. One of the first things I wanted to try was a really complex tattoo known as a Pe’a. I immediately started getting asked where I got it from, which sort of baffled me because I was under the impression everyone was making their own stuff. On the advice of my friend (Thank you, Cloudjack Paperdoll), I opened a small tattoo shop in a shopping mall not thinking much of it, and my products took off. As the times have changed and evolved inside Second Life, your store has evolved with it, what do you think was the hardest change you had to make? JA: Definitely the “appliers” for all of these new mesh bodies and body parts. It’s really a progressive market that was needed in Second Life for quality sake. The problem is, it has rendered all layer-based tattoos irrelevant. I have hundreds of tattoos that need updating now. It’s quite an overwhelming process but it’s something I have to get done. I actually ceased making tattoos for awhile because I had no idea where that applier market was headed. Now that the dust is settled I can resume. I want to make sure my customers can continue enjoying not only their favourites from years past, but new creations from my shop. Do you usually try and stick with a specific style of clothing as far as what you create for your store or do you find yourself branching out quite a bit? JA: I enjoy heavy jackets with lots of pockets and strings and buttons. I like the layered look, I never really deviate from that. The most I branch out is in the colour department. I enjoy gray-scale but my customers request colour options :)

What would you say your own personal style is? JA: With tattoos I personally enjoy heavy areas of black ink. It’s a style I am still working on developing. My latest addition is titled “Adinkra” and I drew it to flow around the second life avatar. In areas of body modification I enjoy ear stretching. I invented a scripted ear system here in Second Life back in 2008. It’s a mesh ear that has a hole modeled into the lobe so people can have really realistic ear plugs on their avatars. It really revolutionized body modification in virtual worlds. What are some of your favorite stores to shop at in Second Life? JA: I’ve been wearing the same hair and skin for years. My favorite hair is a style called “ogle” from [INK] It caught my eye when I first saw it because the textures and composition of it were really unique. Dura has some good ones, too. Other notables include Kaz Nyar’s “Pilot” and pretty much anything Ivy Graves does. You’ve been featured at quite a few different events in Second Life, what events do you find yourself participating in the most? JA: I am pretty active in TMD and N-21. TMD caters to men, N-21 has a nice female audience. Are there any events that you haven’t participated in that you would like to in the future? JA: Right now I am trying to focus more on my main store. I have a minor revamp I am currently working on which will not only make navigation a lot easier, but give me more room to display the new tattoos I am working on. What do you look for in the bloggers you choose for your store? JA: I look for people who have an active audience coupled with quality photos. Reliable people who keep up their end of the bargain. There seems to be a real issue with bloggers who collect but don’t blog. Are there any bloggers that you personally follow or that you would like to blog for you that do not currently? JA: I feel like, as of recently, a lot of my favourite bloggers aren’t very active anymore. Which is understandable, people come and go. Marcopol Oh’s stream has always been a favourite of mine, he’s been around ages. Booch Capelo & Attero Diavolo are also great. There are others who have caught my eye in passing but it takes time. I am trying to get acquainted with this new generation of bloggers, so the second part of that question will have to wait. What kind of items can we expect from you in the future? JA: I plan to continue making what I usually do: Tattoos, body mods, men’s jackets, and accessories. I don’t really have a plan, I try to create what I feel inspired to when I sit down; that seems to be working out well for me for me. I also have a sister shop I create for here and there called “City Living.” As long as people continue to enjoy my work, I will continue to create. I am pushing 10 years now and I appreciate everyone who has come along for the ride.

The

Interview What made you want to start designing clothes for Men? K: Making clothes and accessories in Second Life is an excellent way for anyone to be creative and I love to express myself that way. Back when I first joined Second Life I found that there weren’t that many designers around that actually did mens wear and I had troubles finding clothes for my own avatar. It made the decision was easy - it had to be mens wear and now years later, I enjoy it just as much as I did that very first day. What Mens stores do you look up too or aspire to be achieve the same amount of success? K: I will be a bit difficult when it comes to this question, I’m afraid. You see, I have learned to never compare myself to others, that goes for both worlds. Instead, I try to always challenge myself to do better and to try new things. Unfortunately I don’t always have much time to put into Second Life and creating, but whenever the opportunity comes, I try to grab it. How would you describe your own personal style? K: I like classic mens wear, but with a little twist. I often add something to my outfits that might not be expected, just to make it a little more interesting. Fashion is yet another way to express yourself and your own creativity and I would say it is even easier to do so in Second Life. So why not just have fun with it? Experiment and try something new. Where do you look for inspiration for new items to bring out in your store? K: I find my inspiration in real life. It can be someone passing me on the street, a picture in a magazine, or my lovely girlfriend. I try to think outside of the box and so the sources for inspiration are endless.

Do you tend to stick with a specific style of clothing or do you like to try new styles often in your creations? K: What you see in my store, is what I wear myself. I don’t necessarily try new styles just for the sake of it, but at the same time I don’t want to be stuck doing the same things either. Everything changes and so does me and my taste in fashion. I try to keep up with trends but at the same time I stay true to myself and my own style. You participate in quite a few events, are there any type of events that you prefer over others? K: Each one has their own charm, but of course, events with a lot of potential customers are always appreciated. What has been the event you’ve participated in that you enjoyed the most? K: I have been in many wonderful events like The Arcade, The 24, Avenue, TMD etc but the very first event I participated in was Menswear Fashion Week and I still remember how thrilled I was. It was an exciting time and the start of what would become of Dynasty. I am thankful for the opportunity that was given to me and I continue to join the event, year after year. What do you look for in bloggers for your store and are you accepting new ones currently? K: My blog list is currently full but I always encourage customers to send me links if they choose to use any of my items in a post. That way I can add them to the Dynasty Flickr group. But whether you are a blogger of mine or not, I am grateful that you choose to support myself and Dynasty. After all, you are the ones who help keep me going. Are there any bloggers that you currently follow or personally just enjoy their work? K: There are many bloggers out there who I find talented and inspiring. It would be impossible for me to choose just a few out of those. What kind of things can we expect from you in the future? K: I have a lot of big projects coming up and I am super excited about those. I can’t reveal anything about them just yet, so please make sure to keep posted. I frequently update the Dynasty group and make sure that every news are up-to-date. And last but certainly not least, I would like to thank everyone who supports Dynasty. Thank you so much for your encouragement, it means a lot to me and I am greatly appreciative.
