In reality, quality is sum of all these and more such as value to the patient, protecting the patient from harm, and compassionate treatment of the patient using emotional intelligence.
Health care costs and law suits are rising and continue to be on the rise. So, we need to be proactive and efficient. This webinar is about proactively preventing or blocking the errors from reaching the
patients. Starting from how nurses make mistakes to how the system sets them up for mistakes, this webinar covers the case histories of quality mishaps in nursing and shows how a good quality assurance system can prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
