The idea The project area is located in the heart of the city of Milan. This area is characterized by a condition of degradation from time unresolved, a vacuum that urban city and citizens need to be resolved for years. The “Porta Volta Art Centre” has the purpose of providing new experiences: the centre will host art exhibitions and also support cultural activities and exchanges. The concept behind the project is the "symbiosis of the city, social life and art" and "experiences through art." The Art Center has various facilities: as an open facility for new experiences through art, the Porta Volta Art Centre offers exhibitions of commissioned works by different famous artists, as well as spaces for promoting community art activities and exchanges. The building includes permanent exhibition spaces, gallery spaces, a cafe,

CARTIERA
The idea We located the orange factory and biogas plant nearby the harbor and the railway, to have the profit of an easily and cheeper transportation. The 1,8 km long project is positioned among the SS-18 to let people, moving by car, experience this symbol of wealth and ecosustainability. Going forward the density of the elements increases until the climax: the towers. This positioning creates a “speed movie”, so cars experience the process starting from the orange juice factory to the biogas plant. We used a grid based on the dimensions of the digestors, our main visible component, and the distances in between have an exponential evolution to emphasize this “speed movie”.

Starting from Rosarno we created a pedestian walk which links the cartiera and the factory in a lineair way. Like so, the pedestrians have a visible connection from the cartiera on to the towers of the factory. From the museum, which explains the history of Rosarno and the processing of orange juice/energy, the inhabitants and the tourists eventually end up in the factory itself.

Program: A House Building that accommodates different personalities, families and situations. Site: An existing parking lot on the country side, in the City of Venado Tuerto. Process: Take the concept of the years as a ribbon, and materialize that concept. Solution: Three separate buildings that contain all uses, related by a perpendicular block for the circulations.

Program: A House Building that accommodates different personalities, families and situations. Site: An existing parking lot on Wheelright Av., right in front of “Spain Park” by the Paraná River. Process: The initial idea involving the concept that: “every building is a world”, led us to imagine very flexible spaces, far from homogeneity.
