7th Annual Corn Festival at CAFFM

The7th Annual Corn Festival on June 17 is the Coastal Alabama Farmers & Fishermens Market’s largest event of the season with many popular vendors. It is a celebration of summer at the high point of the produce season.

The festival is family-friendly and features many activities for kids. Adults can join the corneating contest where, win or lose, you will leave with a full belly. There will also be various artisan vendors showcasing gift ideas for Father’s Day (or any day) including unique items that can’t be found elsewhere.

The food choices will be bountiful. From delicious Gulf seafood that’s ready to cook or ready to eat, fresh meat, just-harvested local veggies, baked goods and honey, the selections to eat on site or take home to supply the kitchen for fresh local meals can’t be beat. The freshest tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, cantaloupe and blueberries are in season and hard to resist.
