How a firm is registered 1. Post or deliver statement in prescribed form 2. Information in the form - Firm’s name, principle place of business, name of other place of business, date of joining of each partner,name and address of partners and duration of the firm. 3. Registrar is satisfied with the form – records entry in register And issue a Certificate of Registration. 4.
