O
ptimal Hospice Care held its Second annual DreamCatchers Picnic in the Park on June 2 at Jastro Park. This picnic celebrated all of the hard work that these amazing youths have done this past year. Liberty, Frontier, Centennial and Stockdale High School DreamCatch-
ers are a group of volunteers working with Optimal Hospice patients to make their dream or wishes come true. Each club is set up as an independent group and their financial support comes through donations and fundraisings. DreamCatchers is a 501C(3) corporation.
