£200m INVESTMENT PLANNED

Plans to transform Southampton’s Town Quay into a world-class waterfront with bars, restaurants and a nine-storey hotel are to go out to public consultation.

Nicolas James Group, which built the Harbour Hotel in Southampton’s Ocean Village, wants to redevelop the area with a £200 million investment.

Plans include a new marina, up to 500 flats, parking, restaurants and a new hotel and spa facilities.
