Screen Printing

CLASSIC – Traditional plastisol ink. Vibrant colors – wash after wash.

MINERAL – A unique soft-hand ink that shimmers in the sun but has a matte finish when indoors. [Ink Codes: INK5500 / INK6600]

3M REFLECTIVE – Ink that will provide a low-intensity reflective print on fabric. [Ink Code: 3MSILVR]

NEON – Fluorescent bright inks that give your design a spectacular glow. [Ink Codes: INK704N / INK708N / INK709N / INK710N / INK711N / INK743N]

GHOST – Specially formulated to produce both a translucent and white image that creates a unique ghosting of the ink and garment colors beneath it. [Ink Code: INK1600]

SMOKE – Produces a slightly darker-than-transparent tone. [Ink Code: INK099]

SPOT-COLOR – Choose from over 150 of our in-stock classic & fashion ink colors or request spot-color printing. Spot-color PMS matching is always fee free. [Ref Code: P1-P8 / PA-PF]

DISTRESS – With the application of a distress art filter, give your graphic a worn-in appearance. Can be applied to any ink and graphic. [Ref Code: P1-P8 DISTRESS]

VINTAGE – Our specially formulated ink and process provides a washed-in, lightweight soft hand print which can be applied to any ink and graphic. [Code: P1-P8 VINTAGE]

CRYSTALINA – Add to any Classic Ink color for a translucent, iridescent glitter appearance. [Code: P2 CRYSTAL]

PUFF – Formulated to cure and expand rapidly with a high uniform finish to any Classic Ink color. [Code: P2 PUFF]

TONAL – By combining a tonal ink and our exclusive after print treatment, you can achieve a subtle and modern image. [Code: PT]

PREMIUM METALLIC – Our exclusive ink and after print treatment creates a soft and shimmering image. [Code: PM / Ink Codes: INK018 / INK092R / INK076]

FULL SPECTRUM – Full color printing process that offers low minimums with the ability to print vibrant & complex photorealistic images on white, black and other garment color bases. Not only offers exceptional detail and quality but is eco-friendly as it uses only water-based inks. Stay within budget while offering high color count decoration. COLOR DIRECT - Freedom to print a full range of colors, including white, on almost any fabric. Whether the fabric is cotton, cotton/ polyester blend or 100% polyester like our Sunproof® collection we can achieve a vibrant multi-color, cost-effective print with a smooth hand feel. Reliable, consistent full color printing, even when lower minimums are required. [Code: CD]

FOIL PRINTING – For a stand-out design, consider our high-shine foil printing. Fully colorfast and machine-washable. [Code: FL]

Flock Printing

Our traditional flocking process is a slightly elevated decoration with a velvety, fuzzy, plush hand feel. Multi-Color Flocking, now with the ability to produce greater detail, is available in a wide range of colors and looks great as a multi-location embellishment.

MULTI-COLOR FLOCKING – Soft and velvety hand feel offering an appliqué appearance without any backing material required. Unrestrictive placement locations. Fully colorfast and machine-washable. Designs are limited to min. line thickness of 2mm.

FULL COLOR SUEDED PRINT - Achieve unlimited colors in a fully colorfast decoration with a soft, sueded, hand feel on one single layer. [Code: DP, DV, DQ, DR]
