Embroidery

MV Sport’s specially trained digitizers create direct embroidery designs one stitch at a time which are sewn with care on our state of the art Tajima machines. [Code: E1-E6 / EA-EB]

DIRECT – Direct embroidery creates a sophisticated rendering of most logos, mascots, wordmarks and other designs. Our top quality viscose rayon thread offers exceptional sheen and lustre combined with a soft feel and touch. [Thread Code: THR]

FILIGREE – For a vintage look and feel, our acrylic filigree thread offers a unique detail and texture. Due to 5-6x the thickness of our standard embroidery thread, not all embroidery designs can be produced with this thread. [Thread Code: FIL]

3D – Puff embroidery adds a dimension to classic embroidery designs. [Code: E2-E3 3D]

MOTIF – Using our filigree thread, transform a basic wordmark into a timeless design using our open stitch embroidery embellishment design. [Code: E3 MOTIF]

APPLIQUE

Applique is the process of cutting and applying fabric to a garment. Our applique designs utilize a variety of materials, including felt, tackle twill, jersey and fleece to add dimension, value and interest to a design. MV Sport is the leader in innovative classic and laser applique designs with over 100 different materials and colors. [Code A0-A6 / L0-L6]

JERSEY APPLIQUE – To add dimension without adding weight, our solid / contrast / patterned jersey applique is light and soft with a t-shirt feel. [Material Code: JR]

FELT APPLIQUE – A classic, rich, soft and extremely versatile material, our 100% acrylic felt can be used in single or double to create greater dimension to a design. The felt can be left with a laser cut edge or finished with a merrowed or zig-zag stitch. [Material Code: FL]

TACKLE TWILL APPLIQUE – With a glossy face, the traditional tackle twill material offers a rugged and sporty appearance. Use in a single layer or double layer for a crispy clean design. [Material Code: TT]

FUSION APPLIQUE - Embroidered felt or tackle applique designs. Heat seal application is permanent, machine washable and leaves a clean finish on the inside of the garment. [Code: AF]

GLITTER APPLIQUE – Add sparkle and texture with a contrast satin stitch using our glitter applique. [Material Code: GL]

RHINESTONE – Bright and colorful 3D rhinestone crystals which are machine-washable. Ranging from basic to more complex art, a variety of sizes and colors are used to create outstanding designs. [Code: R1-R2]

LASER ETCH – Our high-power, precise lasers etch intricate designs as large as 12” x 10” on 100% polyester plush fleece products. [Code: H1]

LABELS & CUSTOM OPTIONS

WOVEN LABELS – Damask or printed woven labels can be developed and applied to almost any cataloged item. With minimums starting at 288 pcs, we can apply as few as 48 pcs at a time. Available as sew-in or heat transfer. Please contact your Customer Service Rep for more details. [Code: WOVENLABEL]

CUSTOM LACE REPLACEMENT – The drawstrings of MV Sport Mens and Ladies Hoodies can be replaced with our exclusive laces to match your embroidered, screen printed or applique embellishment for a custom look.
