The future starts here! In 2020, the “show of innovation” will once again live up to its reputation as the world’s most important industry gathering: Around 700 exhibitors from 35 countries will be presenting general aviation innovations. The spectrum ranges from high-tech ultralight aircraft and gyrocopters to single and twin-engine aircraft, to mid-size business jets and rotorcraft. The show will also feature avionic innovations, maintenance, supply parts and everything else that pilots need, be it info about training and continuing education, or personal items such as clothing or a smart aviator watch.
AERO Conferences
Innovative – Informative – International. The most pressing questions about the development of general aviation will be answered at over 200 workshops and symposiums. Industry associations and agencies such as the FAI, EASA, GAMA, AOPA, UAV DACH, DHV and GBAA will be offering a broad range of input. Political questions about climate protection will be explored as will legal issues that are expected to emerge in the future.
Lindbergh Innovation Forum
The Lindbergh Innovation Forum is a platform that presents general aviation innovations. It is comprised of short talks which will be given by well known and respected industry figures. The Forum’s aim is to pass on the spirit of general aviation to the upcoming generation.
Highlights 2020 „BE a pilot“ – supported by aerokurier

ENGINe area – supported by Fliegermagazin The “Engine Area” in the center of Hall A5 is the biggest information and product showcase for aircraft engines. Questions about the propulsion technologies of the future will be discussed at various forums and in the e-flight expo Hall A7. This is where experts will also be holding intense dialogue about alternative fuels and connected electromobility. Avionics avenue – supported by AERokurier Cool stuff for cockpits: Discover the latest innovations in the areas of onboard electronics and cockpits. e-flight-expo – supported by Flying Pages Alternative forms of propulsion: Aviation does not remain unaffected by the climate debate. Electrical propulsion systems offer a solution in this regard. This subject will be discussed by an expert panel at the Lindbergh Innovation Forum while potential manufacturers of electric-powered aircraft will be aiming to demonstrate their suitability for everyday use at the new Lindbergh e-flight Rally. Flight simulator area – supported by ppv medien & aerosoft
