Where bike business
goes faster, higher, further. Once a year, Friedrichshafen turns into a Mecca for bikers. Industry, trade and the press come together at the world’s leading trade fair for cycling. This is where decisions are made regarding which technologies, which trends and which styles are on their way. Moreover, the No. 1 platform for cycling attracts more and more visitors each year. With 1,090 exhibitors from 40 countries and 68 % participation from abroad, EUROBIKE takes the lead when it comes to global trade fairs. An exhibition area of 100,000 m2, four days of contacts, forming business relationships and celebrating successes – who would want to miss that? Experience all the components you need for success on the market in one go – and at a steady pace. EUROBIKE welcomes you to the new features at the trade fair, product innovations, show acts and test tracks in 2010! The EUROBIKE DEMO DAY is the ultimate outdoor test terrain for the trade and media. E-BIKES & PEDELECS are in the limelight of EUROBIKE 2010. Plenty of tests in the Zeppelin Hall and in front of the Open Air Grounds East offer perfect impressions of the bikes‘ riding characteristics. The FASHION SHOW demonstrates what the well-dressed cyclist will be wearing next season. HOLIDAY ON BIKE, held on the day open to the general public, offers everything you need to know about the topic. The TRAVEL TALK congress functions as an interface between cycling and tourism to get people talking. The EUROBIKE Party on Friday evening really gets things going. The EUROBIKE AWARD acknowledges the best of the best in the industry.

They are newcomers and at the same fast movers in the business: electric bikes. Industry experts are forecasting further growth for e-bikes and pedelecs. It isn’t really that surprising – the media are reporting on them on all channels, the target group is becoming increasingly younger, and the sales figures are literally exploding. At EUROBIKE, the future is the present. A great deal of space has always been given over to this topic. And in 2010 this space will be bigger than ever. The exhibition space and testing options for e-bikes and pedelecs have been increased. In particular, the approx. 1 km long test track which starts and ends at the Open Air Grounds East offers space enough for the “fast e-bikes and pedelecs” class of bike. Furthermore, you can view a fantastic wealth of model types at the entire EUROBIKE, presented side by side by the exhibitors. All types and make of bike are represented at the fair, from the > trendy city runabout through to the mountain bike suitable for off-road purposes. You don’t get any more e-bike anywhere else!
