When homeowners think of a townhouse, what often comes to mind is confined quarters, uncomfortably close neighbors and a lack of privacy. But Heather and Cody Yeiser’s residence on the west side of Owensboro is proof that much of townhomes’ reputation is untrue. The Yeisers have called 2229 Triple Crown Way home for four and a half years. When they were househunting, they had their eye out for a comfortable abode with fuss-free maintenance, and the 1,665-square-foot townhouse in Thoroughbred Crossing entirely fit the bill. “When we found (this property), we hadn’t even considered a townhome,” says Cody, who adds that a townhouse
