Interlocking Rings Quilt

Instructor: Sharon Cline

9:30 a.m. -3:30 p.m.

A R T Studio, 719 Seneca St, Webster City

$90

This beginning quilting class consists of two-session on consecutive Saturdays. At the end of the class, you will have a quilt top ready for quilting (or the know how to get there!) Enjoy your quilting sessions in an inspiring environment at the new art studio on historic Seneca Street in Webster City.

ART Studio , 719 Seneca St, Webster City, IA 50595 Free 2024

The Interlocking Rings pattern makes a striking quilt (48” x 60”) on either a light or dark background. It uses easy cutting (strips sub-cut into rectangles or squares), a forgiving “stich and flip” technique for angles, and straight line sewing.

FEBRUARY 2024

There are two simple blocks and 24 fabrics, with each of 12 having a coordinating “friend”. A bit of organization when sewing to keep pairs together is required, but otherwise Easy Peasy! This quilt pattern was designed for the Blue Ridge Quilt Guild in 2012 by a member who has been published in quilt magazines. It is taught with permission of the designer.
