Pipe And Drape

Pipe and Drape is your key to stylish and fast spacial solutions in any form, with adjustable support elements. For example, use the pipe and drape curtain to delimit program areas and produce showy stage implementations. Elegant black draping can be personalized with lighting solutions.

Enliven your event with various light effects. You will get impressive visibility with coloured lights and, for example, different logo reflections.

Flooring And Stages

Our selection includes several different tile and roll carpets. The tile carpet is reusable and is therefore an ecological option. Prices include installation, rent and removal. The price of the carpet tiles includes vacuum cleaning of the tiles and for roll carpets the removal of protective plastic before the exhibition. Request a quote for orders over 100 m2. An elevated floor allows cable, hose and pipe penetrations to the appropriate locations at your stand. You can coat an elevated floor with the material of your choice.

Graphic Services

Messukeskus’ graphic design services provides you with turn-key solutions ranging from graphic design and target mapping to installation and removal of the completed surface.

Messukeskus’ graphic design professionals will help you choose the right graphic design solutions and materials. We produce custom-made image prints for a variety of materials. Our services also include the required post-treatment, such as lamination, priming and framing.

From idea to product, through our graphic design. We do the visual design, layout and production of the materials for you, and assist with all aspects of display graphics.

The print-ready materials in PDF format should be delivered 30 days before the event at the latest.

DECORATION: PLANTS AND CUT FLOWERS

Green plants and flowers create an outstanding and animated environment for business and new contacts. It is cost-effective and easy to rent green plants – with Ambius’ professionals you create a setting for your event and exhibition stand where customers feel at home. Ambius will deliver and pick up the plants on the agreed date and ensure that they are in good condition throughout the event. The plants are delivered in pots.

The balloon package includes natural rubber balloons printed in one colour on one side of the ball, ecological balloon holders and an electric blower for convenient self-loading, delivered on-site. Delivery time approx. 2 weeks, faster if needed.

The giant ball package includes natural rubber giant balls printed in one colour on each side of the ball, filled with safe helium gas and delivered to Messukeskus Helsinki on weekdays, either in the morning or afternoon. The balls are processed to stay in the air indoors for over a week! Both sides of the ball will have the same print. Delivery time approx. 2 weeks.

Cleaning Services

Clean facilities leave a positive image of the visit. Together with the organizer, we will plan cleaning services that are just right for your function, in good time before the event. The SOL staff operating at Messukeskus will be pleased to take responsibility for the cleanliness and comfort of your event.

Cleaning of the stand:

The exhibitors are responsible for the tidiness of their stands. Stand cleaning includes wiping free table surfaces, vacuuming or damp cleaning of floors and emptying litter bins. The agreed cleanliness level for the stand is guaranteed when cleaning can be started before 22:00 the night before the opening day.
