Set goals for the event.

Orders

1-3 months before the event

Order furniture, audiovisual technology and restaurant services of your choice, your contact person at Messukeskus will help with the planning.

Send in your preferences regarding event signage, as well as any signage texts and pictures to Messukeskus’ contact person.

If your event requires printed materials, order them also. Book transport services for supplies, products and brochures.

Preparation

As of 1 month before the event

Send invitations with arrival instructions to attendees. Ensure the attendance of your own team at the event and review the goals and activities with them. Activate your company’s own communication channels to support the goals of the event.

During The Event

Arrive at Messukeskus well in advance. Go through a last-minute check with the customer service at Messukeskus before the start of the event.

Focus on your role as a host and give your best to ensure good customer service.

After The Event

Thank participants and collect participant feedback. Review the results, mirroring them to your goals. Give feedback to Messukeskus as well. Book your facilities well in advance for your next event.
