BEYOND PERFORMANCE The all new Manta Mips defines the MET aesthetic and its contemporary design. It’s as brilliant as the original, but with sharper looks, and it feels more cutting-edge.

NACA VENT Despite being primarily an aero helmet it is also well ventilated. We’ve engineered the internal shape to channel the air and MET’s signature NACA Vent works in synergy with the specially positioned exhaust ensuring a constant airflow through the helmet, without catching the wind and creating drag.

IMPROVED AERODYNAMICS The Manta Mips is more aerodynamic than its predecessor thanks to its lower tube-shaped profile at the rear, which we developed with specific wind-tunnel testing in the NEWTON laboratory of Milan.

MAGNETIC FIDLOCK ® BUCKLE

MIPS ® PROTECTION SYSTEM

The Fidlock® magnetic buckle makes it easier and quicker to fasten the helmet. The feature effectively reduces triathlon transition times.

Featuring the MIPS-C2® brain protection system, the MET Manta Mips is able to slide relative to the head in the case of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. MIPS is a brain protection system—engineered to add protection to the standard construction of helmets in case of certain impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet, between the comfort padding and the EPS.

ESTRO MIPS VENTILATION As comfortable as our top of the line its design is widely open to maximse the ventilation at low speeds. With 26 vents, 17 of which are inlets and 9 are exhaust holes, all of them work in synergy with the internal engineered air channeling system to ensure maximum ventilation.

COMFORT Beyond its ventilated prowess, the Estro Mips is also exceptionally comfortable. The 360° head belt of the MET Safe-T Upsilon retention system ensures that there will be no pressure points on the skull and its internal shape is welcoming for almost all different shaped heads, round or more oval.

Featuring the MIPS-C2® brain protection system, the MET Estro Mips is able to slide relative to the head in the event of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. MIPS is a brain protection system—engineered to add protection to the standard construction of helmets in case of certain impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet, between the comfort padding and the EPS.

The front side of the helmet features two dedicated ports for securely docking sunglasses while resting or climbing.

The increased head coverage ensures a higher level of protection around the two most sensitive brain areas: the back and the temples. The shell is also fully covered by polycarbonate which makes it more durable avoiding any exposed EPS surfaces to outdoor conditions.

TO DEFINE IS TO LIMIT The all new Veleno Mips is made for any bike and none in particular. The most versatile helmet of the MET range, it gives you access to the entire world of cycling in one go thanks to its variety of features.

MIPS is a brain protection system—engineered to add protection to the standard construction of helmets in case of certain impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet, between the comfort padding and the EPS.

The visor is minimal and removable thanks to invisible anchor clips that keep the design clean and stylish in both modes. Tarmac or trails? Like a gravel bike the Veleno has no borders making its versatility the major stand out point of this helmet.

Beyond its venting prowess, the Veleno Mips is also exceptionally comfortable. The 360° head belt of the MET Safe-T Upsilon retention system ensures that there will be no pressure points on the skull and its internal shape welcomes almost all different shaped heads, rounder or more oval.

The new Intercity Mips amplifies the protection of the MET Urbex by adding a wide and adjustable visor which keeps wind, dust and insects away from the eyes. It makes eBike mobility safer and city-life better.

NTA 8776 CERTIFICATION The Intercity Mips is NTA 8776 certified. The NTA certification is the world’s first safety standard developed specifically for eBike riders and makes the helmet able to dissipate significantly more impact energy in case of an impact. The EPS shell has 10% more impact-tested coverage around the two most sensitive brain areas (the back and the temples) and the impact testing speed is 21% higher compared to the traditional process. In a few words; the Intercity Mips is one of the safest helmets out there.

MIPS® PROTECTION SYSTEM Featuring the MIPS-C2® brain protection system, the MET Urbex Mips is able to slide relative to the head in case of a crash, redirecting damaging rotational motion. MIPS is a rotational management system— engineered to add protection to the standard construction of helmets in case of certain impacts. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is attached inside the helmet between the comfort padding and the EPS.

MAGNETIC USB LED LIGHT The MET Magnetic USB Led Light is attached onto the upper back part of the helmet to ensure the highest level of visibility in all conditions. A magnetic system gives a simple, secure attachment to the helmet shell and makes it easier to remove the light and recharge the battery by a USB-C port. The 25 led spotlights have five operation modes; steady red light, pulse red light, blinking red light, strobe red lights and an automatic night-safe mode which is marked by a steady blue led. Battery life is up to 6 hours and a full charge takes one hour.

COMFORT The Urbex Mips is exceptionally comfortable and secure on the head thanks to a refined internal shape and the new MET Safe-T Heta fit system which offers an all-round adjustment and an individual fit. Straps are well positioned and customisable due the the adjustable divider engineered ingeniously for ease of use and reliability.

FIDLOCK ® MAGNETIC BUCKLE The magnetic Fidlock® strap fastening system makes securing the helmet simple, while the padded chin strap ensures a soft-touch on the skin.
