Preferred where absorption of vibrations and shocks is needed. Manufactured from flexible wires or copper strips/lamels. Delivered with or without insulation, in any form specified: Halogen-free, UL approved etc. Manufactured from copper with a purity of ≥99.9% (ETP-Cu or OF-Cu). Bare copper or surface treated with tin, nickel, silver etc.

FLEXIBLE CONNECTORS MADE FROM STRIPS/LAMELS

Manufactured by bringing together copper strips with a thickness of ≥ 0.10mm. The contact surface is made according to customer specifications, ex. press-welded or riveted.

Flexibles can be delivered from stock (standard items) or manufactured according to customer requirements and drawings.

FLEXIBLE CONNECTORS MADE FROM WIRE

Manufactured by braiding wire with a diameter of ≥0.05mm. The terminals can be made according to customer specifications. Braided flexibles can be delivered from stock (standard items) or manufactured according to customer requirements and drawings. The braided flexibles are used in case of very high demands for flexibility, or when flexibility in more than one direction is required.
