Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company, Inc. is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2002 by Josette Hutton Evans, a data analyst, who understood the importance of growth mindset and access to a quality education as two of the most vital differentiators to students experiencing a higher quality of life, breaking the cycle of poverty- and the unique challenges historically underserved citizens face in a world where inequity of education looms large. Metamorphasis Powerhouse Company was then, and we remain, the only organization dedicated exclusively to the educational needs of this fragile population by turning everyday places into public learning classrooms to disrupt the status quo of education inequity, empower citizens through growth mindset and teach students that #WITHSTEMUCAN change the world.
