King County Metro Transit

Metro provides more than 100 million annual fixed-route transit rides — traditional transit service that operates on specific pathways and at specific times — to King County residents and visitors. Metro is more than buses. It provides other programs and services that augment the fixed-route transit system, including the largest publicly owned vanpool program in the country, paratransit services, dial-a-ride transit, and other specialized products.
