PAFA Summer Art Camp
Founded in 1805, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) is the oldest art museum and school in the United States. Summer Art Camp takes place in PAFA’s Historic Cast Hall for one-week sessions. PAFA’s art camp nurtures seeing, exploration, and creativity for young people ages 4-15. Any child interested in art can attend! Engaging sessions offered this year include: Star Wars, Intro to Drawing, Color Chemistry, Illustration, and Video Production. New this year, PAFA offers a bilingual camp for children, connecting art and culture. Campers will be exposed to various South American cultures and their great stories and characters. The daily schedule includes a morning session, light snack, lunch in Lenfest Plaza (brought by each camper), and an afternoon session. Drop off is from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. each day. After-camp sessions are available from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. And new this year, multi-week discounts are available.
