Home is where the heart is. Now more than ever this hits home. After all the work-life changes caused from the pandemic, it is has never been more important than to have a home to feel comfortable and secure, and a home that provides all the necessary space for work-life balance.
A move to a house just a few homes down from their previous Bayshore Boulevard home was larger and allowed for two home offices, satisfied the needs of McCord and Katie Christensen. The stunning West Indies inspired home on Bayshore in Tampa was originally created by the architectural firm of Cooper Johnson Smith. Interior designers Andrea Lundy and Christina Harcar, with A. Label Interiors, recently transformed the interior into a home that is comfortable for the family, and ideal for entertaining with the use of bright colors, dramatic lighting and artistic flair. The eclectic use of materials are inviting, comfortable, and make you feel right at home.
We showcase a condo in Towers of Channelside in downtown Tampa that features clean lines, modern shapes and cool blue colors of the sky and surrounding waters. Interior designer, Chelsea Potthast, along with Realtor Craig Kincheloe had worked on a previous project and decided to collaborate on the new project together. Despite the challenges of supply chain shortages and tight deadlines, the project was completed and the new homeowners delighted.
It seems that according to many real estate experts, and Zillow, Tampa Bay is on fire. With buyers coming from out of state the demand is out sourcing the supply, raising prices to all time high. We feature a gorgeous Southern Plantation Style home with water views in Hot Property from Smith & Associates Leslie Minder and Mary Beth Byrd, along with the Stephen Gay Group.
