Steven Anthony Luxury Homes and Founder + CEO Steven Anthony Rogai hosted the Art of Luxury for special invited guests in the stunning ultra-modern, waterfront home in South Tampa. The luxury event combined the beautiful aesthetics of art, music and luxury in a spectacular recently completed waterfront home. Guests enjoy the art work of artists Geff Strik, Marjia Micic, Craig Marks placed strategically throughout the home and enjoyed violin music by Chris Barbosa.

Guests sipped champagne, and enjoyed tasty bites from Intelligent Gourmet and florals from FH Events.

Be Mine 2022

“Oh The Places You’ll Go”

Presented by Ken and Jenny Jones, the annual Be Mine gala to benefit the Heart Gallery is a unique and incredible event that always has a festive theme. Co-Chaired by Nicole Hubbard and Kim Stambaugh Carswell and their amazing committee and volunteers, this year Palma Ceia Country Club was turned into Whoville for a Dr. Seuss themed evening with where guests came dressed as their favorite characters from the classic books.

The night had an unforgettable silent auction and live auction, photo opportunities with fabulous Whoville décor, food, drinks, and inspiring program sharing stories of adoption and the power of love!

The evening also included some fun surprises, including the live adoption of three year old Beckett to his moms, Leah & Meg completing their Forever Family. The event raised $539,757, the largest amount raised its seven year history.

10th Annual Children’s Dream Fund

Dreammaker Luncheon

Nearly 400 guests gathered to honor St Petersburg resident and former Executive Director of the Children’s Dream Fund, Cynthia Lake Farrell, and raise money to help make dreams come true for sick children.

During her 35 years with Children’s Dream Fund, Dreammaker of the Year, Cynthia Lake Farrell made over 3,000 dreams come true for Florida children battling life-threatening illnesses. The 10th Annual Dreammaker Luncheon honored her contribution and included a presentation by Malissa who spoke from a mother’s heart, sharing her family’s journey through son Jase’s illness. An invocation by Chaplain Spencer Alford of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital preceded the luncheon, and Dream Fund Board President Rob Jamieson presented Cynthia with her award.

Guests enjoyed a digital photo booth, champagne wall and brunch. International Diamond Center and The Cabana Club provided incentives for fundraising opportunities as Doug Hensel (aka DJ Fresh) emceed.

There are currently more them 180 children on the Dream Fund’s list of active Dreamers. Funds raised from the Dreammaker Luncheon will make these dreams come true!
