Stimulating Research, Innovation, and Creativity at Tampa Preparatory School
Tampa Preparatory hosted the official ground breaking for The Genshaft & Greenbaum Building of Learning and Discovery on May 16, 2023. Th new building will house state-of-the art science labs and is expected to finish in time for the 2024-25 school year, which coincides with the school’s 50th-anniversary celebration.

“We are thrilled to see the construction of this innovation center begin,” said Dr. Genshaft, who is a member of the School’s Board of Trustees and the parent of two alumni of the school. “Tampa Preparatory School is one of the finest educational institutions in the state. We want our high school graduates to be big thinkers and problem solvers. This new building will ensure that we provide students with the tools and the skills to lead and succeed in college and beyond.”
