INTRODUCTION At Mycake & more we have over 35 years of experience, knowledge and professional expertise in the Cake Industry. We bake cakes for all occasions and can design bespoke edible cake toppers, figurines as required, whilst also producing edible photo prints from your cherished photos. Our internationally renowned School in the Art of Cake Decorating & Sugarcraft is a certified and authorised centre for the advanced PME™ Diploma courses which count towards the PME™ Masters Certificate and Wilton™ Cake Decorating courses. Our instructors are qualified and certified by PME™ and Wilton™. We are a United Kingdom based company, with our retail shop located in Chingford, North East London bordering the county of Essex. We are a ‘one stop shop’ for all your baking and decorating needs.
SHOP & PRODUCTS Our Retail Shop is standardly open Mondays to Fridays 9:30 am – 5:30 pm and 10:00 am – 5:30 pm on Saturdays. Build buttercream skills that you can use for all decorating projects from cupcakes to cakes for any occasions.
Develop new skills working with fondant and gum paste, and apply them to create shapes, borders and flowers. You’ll also learn how to cover a cake with fondant. Plus, you’ll design and create a complete project using all the techniques you were taught.

You’ll learn core techniques to make a wide variety of flowers, such as pansies, lilies and The Wilton Rose™ using royal icing, the ideal medium for creating decorations in advance. You’ll also learn how to design a professionallooking cake, from selecting the colours to arranging your flowers.
Learn advanced techniques working with gum paste to make realistic flowers. The flowers and arrangements you create with these skills will be the perfect addition to any cake, cupcake or party table.

This is a Professional Diploma course which your PME® qualified and experienced Instructor will lead you into an advanced area of cake decorating such as Basic Techniques, Coatings, Templates and Scroll Borders, Runout motifs, Multi-Tiered Cakes, Lace Designs and much more. A PME™ Professional Diploma Certificate of Completion will be awarded to those students who attend all sessions.

This is a Professional Diploma course which your PME® qualified and experienced Instructor will lead you into an advanced area of cake decorating such as Basic Techniques, Unwired & Wired Flowers, Alternatives to sugar flowers, Arranging flowers and much more.
