Christopher Columbus Day October 12: Students from K4, K5 and Elementary ….. will participate in a Columbus day exhibit where we will have caravel ships made by students. K4 - Time: 9:00am K5 and Elementary - Time: 2:15pm
Respect yourself, be drug free. October 27—31: Red Ribbon Week is by far the largest and oldest drug prevention campaign in the country, and one of the most effective for preventing drug use among youth.
Parents are welcomed to join us.
Red Ribbon Week empowers communities and individuals across the US, especially youth, to take a stand for drug prevention and education.
Picture Day
On this week, we will have different activities at school for the students focusing on respecting their self!!
October 16: Students must wear complete uniform on Picture Day - Package includes 1 8X10 group picture, 2 5X7 individual & 4 wallet size. Cost is $20.00 Payment must be received by Friday the 9th.
Fieldtrip to “Mesilla Valley Maze” October 13: We will have our first field trip for K3, K4 and K5 students. Cost per student $16.00. The pumpkin patch offers students a hands—on experience by teaching them about the cultivation and life cycle of a pumpkin from seed to fruit. More information will be sent home via e-mail.

Fieldtrip to “El Milagro Pecan Orchard ” October 14: We will have our first field trip for Elementary students. Cost per student $40.00. Mother Nature is a great teacher and getting kids outside to learn and play is good for their brains and their bodies. Our students will have a fantastic experience participating in all the outdoors activities.
