Kelly Johnston, Broker Associate Rural Missouri land sales have fueled Kelly’s decadelong career and accolades in real estate. Kelly left an independent boutique land company to be a part of Keller Williams Realty Chesterfield (KWRC) and is a broker on the managing broker team. The office can proudly claim over one billion dollars in sales in 2021. With her success in land sales, she now operates a satellite office for KWRC based in Cuba, Missouri. From this office, she has been building the Missouri Keller Williams Land Division. This year she is serving on the KWRC Agent Leadership Council (ALC) heading up the Land Committee, which is made up of the top 20% of agents in the office. The lodge is now her home, and a vacation rental featuring themed suites, event space and live music venue.
