3)

You will be brought to the grading screen once you complete the previous step. You will need to choose “Final Grade” as shown below to enter grades for your students.

Once you have selected “Final Grade”, you will be brought to the grading screen where you can complete your grading for the course chosen:

4)

Use the grade scale provided on page one for reference. Some important notes: If a student is auditing or taking a class for pass/fail, whatever grade you enter will be automatically converted for the student. If you enter “A” for a student who is taking the class for pass/fail, the grade will automatically convert to “P” when grades are verified by the Registrar’s Office. The same would happen for a student who is auditing. The grade will automatically convert to “AU”. Once you have completed entering your grades, you will see a message telling you the process is complete (shown below) and no further action is necessary. Once you have completed this process, click on “Back to Courses” in the upper left, and repeat the process for any other courses that require grading.

5)

Note about Incompletes – When entering a grade of Incomplete, you must also enter an “Expire Date”. The Expire date is the date that you and the student have agreed upon for completion of the course. Remember – the grade of “I” will automatically be changed to an “F” if the grade is not changed by the expiration date that you enter.

Please make note: Once you have entered any grade for the semester and it has been verified by the Registrar’s Office, it becomes “locked” and no changes can be made. This includes incomplete grades!! The only way to change/update locked grades would be to complete our online

GRADE CHANGE FORM.
