to maintain the dynamics and modularity of the house, innovative modular joints have been created that can be applied to various forms of modules.

the modular joints includes foundation, columns, walls, floor decking and roof modules. these joints were fabricated using steel which makes it easier to be mass produced.

The way the world works has changed to offline where the lifestyle has been changed by the screen that contains all the information in this world, Basic needs have turned into imaginary lines but their presence feels real. Changing zones in a room has become a natural thing when doing video conferences, we have entered a public environment where people gather in a virtual room. The pandemic is a major factor in changing people's behavior or mindset, people are required to switch to the digital world, where during this pandemic period they are required to work at home, school at home, and the gathering of humans, and humans as social beings, are limited. We look to the future, where the effects that scientists have predicted as a result of global climate change are now taking place. The world's sea level will rise so that it covers the whole world especially with the increasing number of heat waves, high hurricane disasters and the mutation of the Covid 19 virus that is becoming

increasingly deadly which causes the rest of the population to migrate to urban life in the form of towers that are able to overcome the current climate problems. We appreciate the presence of technology but we do not abandon the culture that has long existed, and adapt to the pandemic.

COVID-19 is a disease caused by the 2019 Novel Coronavirus. Although the symptoms are similar to the common cold, COVID-19 so far has a higher fatality. This virus also spreads very quickly because it can move from person to person even before the person shows symptoms.

Currently, due to COVID-19, the world is facing an unprecedented global health and socioeconomic crisis. In Indonesia, the lives of millions of children and their families seem to have stopped. Social restrictions and school closures have an impact on education, mental health, and access to basic health services.

The area is divided into several zoning, namely offices, settlements and schools. Each zone has one tower which is connected to towers in other zones by cables

year 1998 in 1998 DKI Jakarta experienced continuous rain for 22 days which casing floods. The floods submerged the DKI Jakarta area with a 1.5 meters water level. There were no casualties in this incident

year 1979 From January 19 to 20, 1979, a large flood submerged the DKI Jakarta area. An area of 1100 hectares of inundated water has submerged residential areas in Jakarta. As a result, 714861 people were forced to evacuate

year 1996 on February 9 to 11, 1996, DKI Jakarta again experienced major floods. At that time, the water level reaching 7 meters submerged the Jakarta area. As a result of this disaster, as many as 20 people were killed and another 30000 people were forced to evacuate

year 2007 From 1 to 2 February 2007, 60% of the DKI Jakarta area was submerged in water. A total of 320000 people were forced to evacuate, while 80 people died. Losses caused by floods this year reached 4.3 trillion

Sea level rise and land subsidence as a result of global climate change pose a serious threat to residents of Jakarta's coastal areas. Projecting sea level will rise 25-50 cm in 2050 and sink in 2100. The construction of a giant embankment is pros and cons. How to make a solution to solve the sea level that will drown the Jakarta area? whether the ground system will turn into an air system?

transportation capsule

This concept represents how the internet works, the internet is meant to close the gap between people who have no geometric boundaries around the world, as it should be. The internet works from a device described as a capsule-shaped workspace. Space moves to the site we want according to our needs, be it school work or buying necessities.

rotating glass capsule

The glass in the capsule chamber can rotate 90 degrees towards the user allowing an opening in the back of the capsule. the use of transparent materials makes it easier for users to communicate with others. interconnections between rooms can be connected directly to the door opening at the back.
